It's very close to main attractions: the beach, the stores. The entertainment programs for kids are quite interesting, so, if you plan to come with kids, they will have fun. Everyone we met speaks Romanian (at the hotel, the shop assistants). All in all, it's a decent place if you ignore the negative aspects, which are less than the positive ones. Our friends initially got a room that hadn't been cleaned (the toilet was a mess) - they went to the manager and got a different room. Still they were charged on the spot for the 1st night to prevent them from leaving to another hotel without paying, which we thought it was lame. Actually cleanness seems to be an issue here - you may notice strange things like hairs under the sheets, in the bathroom, on cakes, yuck! Apparently nobody speaks English, but luckily we are Romanian and they speak our language.

Located quite close to the beach and the "main road" where the shops, restaurants and bars are. Rooms are very simple but clean and have the essential that one needs. Buffets were great ( both for breakfast, lunch and dinner ) with a good variety of salads. Snack-bar by the swimming-pool have a nice grill. Free parking at the doorstep ( though one has to pay to enter the Albena resort ). Swimming-pool too small for the hotel ( but we prefer the beach so that was not a problem ). It would be nicer to have free Internet acess.

I would recomend this hotel to any family with children. The food was delicious,the staff-very kind,and the cleaness-perfect.I would come back and stay with my family again!***** No complaints at all.

Conditiile sunt bune pentru banii platiti. Hotelul este situat aproape de plaja, are plaja proprie, mancarea este buna si nu este aglomeratie la masa. Recomand acest hotel. Se mai poate acorda mai multa atentie la curatenie

mi-au placut animatorii ,4 tineri deosebiti,mereu cu zambetul pe buze parca eram la ei in vizita ,singurii care ne-au zambit in hotelul ala pt ei oricand m-as intoarce.Camere frumoase ,curate.ma refer la var pe pereti ca ,curatenie n-au facut deloc in 5 zile.nici n-au schimbat prosoapele deloc. In primul rand nu m-am descurcat cu limba,foarte foarte uraciosi la receptie,n-a fost bun cardul cu care de fapt am facut rezervarea ,cu care mi-ti comfirmat rezervarea,nu au vrut sa platesc in prima zi,nici in a treia,,nici a patra si cand sa plec pe data de 4 surpriza ca nu merge cardul,a trebuit sa mergem in Mangalia sa scoatem bani de pe card sa ne intoarcem inapoi,foarte stresant .Daca verificau din prima zi imi dadeam seama ca nu e bun cardul mai aveam altul care era bun dar nu aveam bani pe el.Asa ca ne-au distrus concediul.am stat 3 ore cu copii la receptie pana s-a intors din mangalia si altceva nu ne-ti informat ca se face schimbul din euro in leva,mi-au schimbat din ron in euro,din euro in leva japca pe fata,cumparam din romania leva si gata.

Amplasarea, central, aproape de plaja, pe strada principala cu bazar si restaurante, terase Cazarea s-a facut foarte greu, cu toate ca erau trei insi care facea acest lucru (foarte inceti), camera amplasata la curtea interioara, este zgomotoasa, de preferat una cu vedere stradala. As recomanda hotelul cu unele mentiuni

amplasarea , varietatea mesei amplasarea camerei , serviciile personalului , curatenia hotelului, faptul ca desi am facut rezevarea in euro am fost taxata in leva asta insemnand ca de fapt am platit mai mult decat era initial (rata de schimb leva / euro)

Nu pot sa spun ca mi-au placut ceva in mod deosebit...ideea e ca mancarea a fost ok dar in rest nu am apreciat nimic. Personalul foarte gretos si destul de absent care se stramba de cate ori cereai ceva cu totate ca ai platit pentru ele! Curatenia in 6 zile de 2 ori si cam atat. Nu mi-a placut absolut nimic!!!!

Personalul hotelului este foarte indatoritor si, desi nu vorbesc romaneste te poti intelege cu ei perfect in engleza. Ca o mica observatie ar fi faptul ca plaja este cam la 10 minute de hotel. Mobilier usor uzat dar curatenia exemplara compenseaza micile neajunsuri. Mancare exceptionala. Piscina micuta insa extrem de curata.

Mi-a placut locatia si faptul ca dispun de mai multe forme de distractie pentru copii. Este un hotel de pe vremea comunistilor, cu un personal nepregatit (la receptie), lenjeriile erau tot din acele vremuri odioase, mancarea , cu exceptia fructelor si prajiturilor, ca la cantina saracilor.
