The hotel was empty thus very quiet and relaxing whilst the SPA was open and we could enjoy some interesting and not so common procedures such as Japanese massage and leisure in the tub full of milk...

The fitness center needs some serious update and basics put in order. They really need to pay efforts in order to keep that 4 stars rating. A lot of details need closer look such as putting glasses, iron, flip-flops, etc. in the room.

The interior garden, the staff, the spa services, the confort. Almost everything.

The access road to the hotel could be improved.

Supper is terrible. Littel choice.

The silence, the flowers from the interior, the great space from the apartment.

The distance from the beach, about 20 minutes of walking up and down on a not so clean road. The restaurant is 3 stars, not 4 like the hotel.

we got nice, big, clean and very comfortable rooms with great view to the sea and the mountain. the hotel is very nice, quiet and design new building, with a beautiful swimming-pool and pool bar.

although is a very nice hotel needs some very important improvements, starting with some of the staff bad behavior who were very ruined. The shuttle bus which stops at 4.30 p.m. too early for that area which has life all day long, so if your going for golden sands you have to walk at least 20 min. we also wait 2 hours for check in.

The hotel was very nice as design, the Spa center is ok, especially the aromatherapy room, sauna and relaxation room. The rooms are especially nice as a design, very clean and best of all they offer bathrobes in addition to towels. The hotel is very original, the pool is nice and heated although it is outside. There is a bar on the roof where you can see all Golden Sands.

Now, unfortunately, the hotel is not in Golden Sands!! It is on a hill very difficult to reach and to get to the sea side you need to go through a series of stairs in the woods!! Not reccomendable when you want to go out at night....but for the beach there is also a shuttle bus, unfortunately the last trip is at 4 30. Also the food is kinda bad, we had breakfast and dinner there. Breakfast was ok, although not many varieties of food were offered, but dinner was very dissapointing.

The breakfast was poor and the hotel was in fact 3 stars and not 4. It is not located in the Golden Sands but nearby and we had to a long way by foot.
