Nice architecture, nice room, decent breakfast.

Extremely hard to find, even using a gps. Location: remote, outside Golden Sands resort. Taxi downtown:10 leva. Parking fee/hour in the resort: 2-5 leva/hour. Important: make sure you check your room's inventory daily and report to the reception if the cleaning staff "forgets" to replace one or several items in your room (towels, bathrobes, etc) or you'll might have surprises at checkout. Noisy a/c system.

The hotel stuff was very helpful all the time. The food and services were excellent! Very good hotel for the entire family. Except the location, this hotel has amazing services for little money.

The hotel's location is a bit far from the center, but if you learn the shortcuts through the woods you can get there in 10-15 minutes of walking. If you an want to go to the beach, you can use the same shortcut and you're there in 5 minutes. Also, the shuttle bus should work more frequent!

I came for the 4th time here and everything was as always: pleasant people, large & clean room, decent price & good breakfast. The hotel is very well managed and I feel that it will be in the future. Thank you Orchidea, thank you all of you staff members!

We spend a week in this hotel and we loved everything about it: the comfort, services, the design of the hotel! The hotel's sky bar is very nice, definetly do not miss it because it has a wonderful view over both Chaika and Golden Sands. Although we read here many negative opinions regarding the location of the hotel, for us it was ok( so, if you are a young couple or the kind of people that enjoy walking, its going to be the same for you). Excellent Spa facilities (some of them even included in the price of the room). Good and diversified breakfast and dinner- take half board, but be aware, you might leave with a few extra pounds weight :))!

The coffee machine provides only instant coffee, not a proper quality for such a nice hotel.

The hotel is really good for a 4* hotel, rooms and services were better than other 4* hotels in Bulgaria where I've been (Veliko, Nassebar, Ruse). Restaurant was fine as well and the breakfast was similar with the one from 4* hotels from other EU countries. They had some WiFi at first floor bar, a outside pool with pool-bar, and everything you would expect if you want to stay few days in the hotel and the spa. The hotel is not close to the beach, but I consider this fair, since you can see the hotel location on the map, so no expectations from this part.

The beach that is in reach from the Hotel (7-10 minutes walk) is not so good, so I think is recommended to use the car or the bus they provide to go to the main beach of Golden Sands - but you can clearly see this from the hotel location. Main beach is at 10 minutes drive. Even if the hotel was very good, and I would stay there again, there were some issues that would need some attention from the hotel staff. The phone line in one of the rooms (we had two) was not working, and even if we announced the reception from the very begging of our stay, and we received assurance that the technical team will solve this, nothing happened until we left (5 days stay). We asked to use the safe that was in the room, and nobody came to activate the safe. As well, we found some expired products in the minibar, but somehow this one seems to be some exceptional mistake. I think that all the issues could have been solved if we would insist more on them at the reception, but we were most of the time out, busy with other things. Anyway, the hotel is good in general, as I said.

We went there for our 5 day honeymoon. We loved it. We are not clear how , but we got the honey moon suite, even though I don't think we told booking.com that we were going there for our honeymoon. It had a huge bed and a direct view of the sea from the balcony. The hotel also has a pool and a well equipped spa.

The cons is that it is not directly on the beach. It is up a hill, and you can walk about 5-10 minutes to a quiet, more secluded beach or walk 20 minutes to the more popular beaches full of people, food, loud music etc.

The hotel facilities are decent and also the price/quality balance is fine. The hotel is situated in the Chaika area, not really in Golden Sands but if you don't mind a little walk in the forest to get to the beach it's ok.

Breakfast quality has become worse than the last time I was here. Pool area does not have towels for guests like it used to have. All in all I would say that hotel services got worse since the last time I was there in 2008.

Since I wanted a place especially for relaxation this hotel met my expectations entirely. The backyard was surrounded by forest so the time spent on sea-lounges and in the swimming pool was intimate, sheltered from other public views of the other nearby hotels.The pool was very clean and constantly heated, they had a lifeguard present, spa utilities were excellent, food was fine for every taste and appetites. The trip to the main beach took almost 30 minutes by foot but there was a shuttle bus available for transportation until 4 o'clock pm, free of charge.

The hotel is new and modern, with very spacious rooms. The staff is kind and they speak English. They assure free transport to the seaside, as the hotel is quite far from the centre of Golden Sands.
