Confortable y tranquilo hotel en invierno. La habitación y el baño eran bastante amplios. Excelente limpieza. La recepcionista que nos atendió cuando nos ibamos no fue muy amable. El desayuno al ser invierno y al tener pocos huéspedes era a la carta, aunque todo fue bastante correcto. Algo alejado, es necesario llevar coche. |

El trato de su directora de marketing que estuvo en todo momento pendiente de nuestras necesidades. La dificultad en encontrar el hotel por la falta de indicadores del mismo aun llevando GPS. Tardamos 1.30horas en enconrtrarlo. |

El hotel es realmente de diseño. Lo recomiendo para una luna de miel.Las instalaciones son excelentes. El Spa parece muy bueno también, pero no tuvimos tiempo de aprovecharlo. Realmente la relación calidad precio es inmejorable. El personal es muy amable pero definitivamente no es profesional. Todo hay que programarlo con un día de anticipación: a qué hora vamos a ir a la playa en en caso de que queramos ir en el autobus del hotel,(que sólo funciona de 10 a 17 hs,) si vamos a cenar en el hotel,etc. El hotel está muy aislado, para ir a cenar fuera hay que ir en auto al igual que para ir a una buena playa,etc |

The hotel was very nice as design, the Spa center is ok, especially the aromatherapy room, sauna and relaxation room. The rooms are especially nice as a design, very clean and best of all they offer bathrobes in addition to towels. The hotel is very original, the pool is nice and heated although it is outside. There is a bar on the roof where you can see all Golden Sands. Now, unfortunately, the hotel is not in Golden Sands!! It is on a hill very difficult to reach and to get to the sea side you need to go through a series of stairs in the woods!! Not reccomendable when you want to go out at night....but for the beach there is also a shuttle bus, unfortunately the last trip is at 4 30. Also the food is kinda bad, we had breakfast and dinner there. Breakfast was ok, although not many varieties of food were offered, but dinner was very dissapointing. |

Hotel is far from the beach, advertisment says 400m to the beach. This is maybe true for air distance, but it also means approx. 40 min walking distance |

Average hotel, nice spacious rooms We couldn't pay with credit card although we asked twice to be sure. The POS was functioning but the staff didn't agree with credit card payment !!! |

We liked the large bed and the mattress :-), the clean outdoor pool, the design of the hotel. We didn't like that they didn't come in our second day there to clean the room and change the towels. They didn't even take the garbage. And when we asked for some shower gel in the evening, because the one from the previous day was finished, they said that they actually cleaned the room that day, which was outragous! |

The rooms were very big and the view was nice The breakfast was poor and the hotel was in fact 3 stars and not 4. It is not located in the Golden Sands but nearby and we had to a long way by foot. |
