Orchidea Boutique Spa

The hotel was very nice as design, the Spa center is ok, especially the aromatherapy room, sauna and relaxation room. The rooms are especially nice as a design, very clean and best of all they offer bathrobes in addition to towels. The hotel is very original, the pool is nice and heated although it is outside. There is a bar on the roof where you can see all Golden Sands.

Now, unfortunately, the hotel is not in Golden Sands!! It is on a hill very difficult to reach and to get to the sea side you need to go through a series of stairs in the woods!! Not reccomendable when you want to go out at night....but for the beach there is also a shuttle bus, unfortunately the last trip is at 4 30. Also the food is kinda bad, we had breakfast and dinner there. Breakfast was ok, although not many varieties of food were offered, but dinner was very dissapointing.

The breakfast was poor and the hotel was in fact 3 stars and not 4. It is not located in the Golden Sands but nearby and we had to a long way by foot.

No heating when outside was farly cold.The inside pool was also cold and they needed the manager to turn on the heating.

Breakfast and dinner were below standard, food from previous day/night found its way to the buffet, a la carte was ok but no effort on breakfast and in room rate included dinner, hotel far away from beach and restaurants. Shuttle service insufficient as it stops at 6pm and was not always available.

Poor breakfast. In the room we had separate beds so i try so i tried to closer them and i found an used condom under the bed. I think was a mistake because in rest everything was clean, and in the bed initial position you couldn't see under the bed. I think the mistake was made in the first place by the client before me, and second by the cleaning personal that they did not search under the beds.
