Rolig fin atmorfære. Rent, ryddig og topp comfort. Estetisk var også hotellet flott. Det var vanskelig å kommunisere med de ansatte fordi de ikke snakket noe særlig engelsk- hotellet bør få peronale som kan snakke engelsk. De bør også ha informasjon og bruksanvisninger på engelsk rudt på hotellet og på rommene. Maten var etter min smak ikke den aller beste, men vi ble ikke syke. Hotellet ligger et stykke unna stranda og bør ha en "badebuss". |

The hotel was very nice as design, the Spa center is ok, especially the aromatherapy room, sauna and relaxation room. The rooms are especially nice as a design, very clean and best of all they offer bathrobes in addition to towels. The hotel is very original, the pool is nice and heated although it is outside. There is a bar on the roof where you can see all Golden Sands. Now, unfortunately, the hotel is not in Golden Sands!! It is on a hill very difficult to reach and to get to the sea side you need to go through a series of stairs in the woods!! Not reccomendable when you want to go out at night....but for the beach there is also a shuttle bus, unfortunately the last trip is at 4 30. Also the food is kinda bad, we had breakfast and dinner there. Breakfast was ok, although not many varieties of food were offered, but dinner was very dissapointing. |

Hotel is far from the beach, advertisment says 400m to the beach. This is maybe true for air distance, but it also means approx. 40 min walking distance |

Average hotel, nice spacious rooms We couldn't pay with credit card although we asked twice to be sure. The POS was functioning but the staff didn't agree with credit card payment !!! |

We liked the large bed and the mattress :-), the clean outdoor pool, the design of the hotel. We didn't like that they didn't come in our second day there to clean the room and change the towels. They didn't even take the garbage. And when we asked for some shower gel in the evening, because the one from the previous day was finished, they said that they actually cleaned the room that day, which was outragous! |

The rooms were very big and the view was nice The breakfast was poor and the hotel was in fact 3 stars and not 4. It is not located in the Golden Sands but nearby and we had to a long way by foot. |

Great Spa, nice staff, large rooms Breakfast and dinner were below standard, food from previous day/night found its way to the buffet, a la carte was ok but no effort on breakfast and in room rate included dinner, hotel far away from beach and restaurants. Shuttle service insufficient as it stops at 6pm and was not always available. |
