Staff were very helpful, good English, room & hotel in general very clean. Centre of Sofia is 15 minutes, not 5 minutes, by taxi. Area not the best, but always felt safe. Taxi to centre of Sofia is cheap (7 Levs / £3). |

Room was ok, price was good Location is bad. There is nothing to do around and you wouldn't feel like leaving the hotel as the neighborhood looks like a 3rd world...You need a taxi in order to get everywhere. Far from city center |

Its a really nice Hotel, brand new, family run. They speak German and English. Its a pity that it is in an obscure area of the capital in between the cemetery and an old power station. |

The room was big and it had a comfortable bad. I've also liked that it had a buireau and if you're in a business trip this comes in handy. I did not like that the shower had a window and no curtain, with a nice view for the neighbours. Also the placement of the hotel is not the gratest. |

I liked the silence surrounding this hotel and the view of the room to Mount Vitosha, witch is near Sofia It could multiply the number of outlets (plugs) in the room in a 3-room seats only one usable outlet (plug) |

The hotel was in a rundown part of town that had crumbling houses, abandon cars and should not have a hotel located there. Nice faclity in a rundown slum. |
