Poor towels, poor breakfast. No idea, how the hotel has got its five stars?

The accommodation was very spacious esp the bathroom, and comfortable. The swimming pool complex was enormous, and when there were no chairs available for us, the attendant fetched some more. The central location was both good and bad - good because it was handy for the town centre; bad because the views were not attractive.

The common areas of the hotel were characterless and unwelcoming. The reception desk was unmanned when we arrived, as the staff were gossiping in the office, which was the position during most of our stay. We were offered no help in bringing in our bags, although we were laden - the member of staff just watched us. The buildings around the hotel were run down and unattractive. Breakfast on the first morning was awful - just two bowls of cereal and a basket of stale bread - although we could order other things, the lack of a common language made this hard. The pool was open to non-residents and at the week-end was really crowded. In summary - nice hotel, shame about the staff.

Good restaurant (great waiter), large comfortable rooms, excellent beds, spacious well equipped bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful

Floors in the spa were very slippery when wet. Breakfast was disappointing - we came down at 8,30am, an hour after it opened, and most of the food looked as if it had been there for that long dry and hard.

Immense hôtel 5 étoiles (un peu daté toutefois) en plein centre de Devin. Notre suite junior était spacieuse, confortable, avec une salle de bain géante, pourvue d'une douche fermée, et une petite terrasse avec vue sur les trois bassins de la piscine extérieure. Personnel sympa. Petit déjeuner en buffet, copieux et varié. Immense piscine bien agréable. Spa gratuit pour les clients de l'hôtel. La wi-fi fonctionnait à merveille. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Beaucoup d'excursions dans les environs. Ne manquez pas les gorges de Trigrad, ni celles, voisines, de Yagodina, ni le village pittoresque de Shiroka Laka !

Le parking, à l'extérieur, est un peu éloigné de l'hôtel. Et le sol dallé, inégal, ne facilite pas le passage des valises à roulettes. Mais l'hôtel vous propose en général de l'aide. Les jeux pour enfants sont un peu déglingués. Le restaurant dans le parc, a un orchestre le soir, que certains pourront trouver un peu bruyant. Par contre, il propose un choix impressionnant de cuisine orientale à des prix très corrects.

Не ми хареса хигиената в спа центъра.Била съм в хотела преди 5 години, разликата е огромна.Съжалявам, че имахме гости от Германия и ги заведохме там, защото впечатленията ми преди години бяха отлични. За съжаление и те се разочароваха , и ние -също.Никога не бих посетила повече този хотел.

Ηταν πολυ καλυτερο παλαιοτερα. Λυπαμαι πολυ.

Die Lage des Hotels mit Sicht auf die Berge ist sehr schön. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Außenbecken war ebenfalls sehr sauber und trotz der zeitweise hohen Hotelbelegung waren genug Liegen verfügbar.

An enjoyable stay and a comfortable room but the hotel is in a weird position situated amongst old communist block high rises. The hotel pool was stunning especially at night lit up. Furnishings rather tired.

Πολυ ωραια τοποθεσια, ωραιο SPA, πολυ ανετο δωματιο. Φιλικο προσωπικό, χαμηλές τιμες.

To internet στο δωματιο δεν λειτουργούσε. Το μπαρ ηταν μονιμα αδειο, παρολο που τα δωματια ηταν γεμάτα. Το ενα εστιατοριο ηταν κλειστο και το αλλο μονιμα αδειο. Το πρωινο ηταν συρικνωμενο!!!! Ειμασταν αναγκασμενοι την μερα του Πασχα να παμε σε αλλο ξενοδοχειο για φαγητο και διασκεδαση.
