We found the hotel clean & tidy with very good facilities. the staff were friendly and helpful although they did not smile very much. Not much choice of restaurant/food. |

excellent food, great and quick service it was a pity that some facilities / spa were not working and I would love to have bar service at the outdoor pool .....now we had to go to the restaurant to get some drinks every time |

Personnel parlant un anglais moyen. Le SPA est gratuit, endroit idéal pour se reposer à la piscine, au sauna et au bain de vapeur. Il pourrait y avoir un chaine de télévision payante pour améliorer le confort de la chambre. |

Wir habe mit unseren beiden Kindern (7 Monate und 2 1/2 Jahre) ein tolles Wochenende verbracht. Schöner Spa-Bereich und zuvorkommendes Personal. Frühstück war befriedigend. |

Η θέρμανση του παρά το ψύχος που επικρατούσε ήταν ικανοποιητική. Να ενημερώνει έγκαιρα και έγκυρα. Πήγαμε την περίοδο της Πρωτοχρονιάς από 29/12/08 έως και την 4ην/1/2009 και από τις παροχές που παρουσίαζε στην ιστοεσελίδα του ξενοδοχείου λειτουργούσε το 1/4 αυτών. Θα έπρεπε τουλάχιστο να ενημερωθούμε να το αποφύγουμε την συγκεκριμένη χρονική περίοδο. |

Γενικοτερα οι ανεσεις του ξενοδοχειου ως ιδεα βεβαια γιατι τιποτα δεν λειτουργουσε λογο διακοπων. ορισμενοι απο το προσωπικο εκαναν πραγματικα φιλοτιμες προσπαθειες να καλυψουν ολα αυτα που δεν λειτουργουσαν και πραγματικα ηταν συμπαθεστατοι. Ομως οπως μας ειπαν οι ιδιοι την πρωτοχρονια ειναι η χειροτεροι περιοδος γιατι κανουν διακοπες. Τα spa δυο μερες δεν λειτουργουσαν οπως και το εστιατοριο μετα τις 8.οο παρολο που παντου εφραφε μεχρι τις 11. το βραδυ. Το μισο hotel ηταν κλειστο. |

questa volta arrivando non hanno trovato la prenotazione...mi hanno dato una camera normale anziche' business..dopo il mio reclamo c'e stata la sostituzione ma alle 24 e' una cosa abbastanza scomoda. |
