Hotel a la decoration un peu triste mais la piscine et le jacuzzi sont tres agreable , quant à la vue de la chambre elle est superbe sur la riviere et la ville basse de veliko . Personnel sympa et parking gratuit

The view from our room was lovely.

This hotel in no way resembles a 4-star hotel. The rooms are very shabby, with worn-down and broken furniture - the window screens were broken and there was a dresser with some upper part missing and so there were a bunch of nails pointing out. When we arrived,there was a stuffy,moldy smell in our room,and the air conditioning clearly wasn't working.We informed the front desk of the problem as we went out to walk around the city, and they said they would send a technician to fix it. When we returned four hours later,no one had been sent to our room.What was shocking, however, was the manager's handling of the complaint.The receptionist was polite, but the manager was extremely rude, telling us that it was impossible that the air conditioning wasn't working, even though he had not been to our room and refused to give us another room until the owner intervened. We were finally moved to a different room, but the process was extremely unpleasant and took a great deal of time (and the manager was rude to us for the entire length of our stay).

Great views of the valley

Very good location, in the city center, just few steps from restaurants and shops. Friendly hotel stuff.

The location is very good, in the center of the city and 10-15 min walk from the old fortress. The staff was very nice, willing to help and to make you feel comfortable; they spoke English pretty well. The room and the bathroom were extremely spacious and clean (room no. 306); also, it was very quite, we were not disturbed by noises. The hotel has a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi and some massage services (I did not try them). Overall, I would stay again at this hotel.

In one afternoon, some music started suddenly to play (the box is in the ceiling); be careful that on the wall there is a volume button and make sure it is on the off position. Also, the breakfast is poor. Some remarks (without being a negative impression): I) the balcony is very small and near some roofs, so it is not very pleasant to stay there. I did not bother about this because anyway we were out all day; ii) there is no panoramic view to the fortress, but we wanted a quite room and did not care about the view.

This a very pleasant, comfortable well-appointed hotel in the centre of Veliko Turnovo, over a suberb view of the city & surrounding countryside. The decor is slightly dated perhaps, but still perfectly acceptable. Decent restaurant & café. Very helpful staff. When there was a mix-up about which bus station I needed to go to when leaving, the manager drove me to the bus company office to enquire & then to the bus-stop. This was well beyond the call of duty.

The breakfast was not "buffet", but a fixed menu (you could choose among 3 or 4 Menus). It was ok after all.

Отель абсолютно не имеет лица! Цена завышена однозначно! Ресторан, по сравнению с расположенными рядом ресторанами, дорог необосновано. Качество отеля-это не только вид из окна, но и правильное ценообразование и управление, чего, похоже в этом отеле нет! Болгария-дешевая страна, а Велико Тырново не Вена или Санкт-Петербург. Надо быть скромнее!

Totul a fost OK. Curat, camere mari, amplasat foarte bine, cu o frumoasa vedere spre raul Yantra si spre monument. Restaurant superb, cu preparate foarte bune, servire excelenta. Mic dejun corect, nu foarte diversificat, dar suficient. Lobby Bar super. SPA mic dar cochet si foarte curat. Parking pazit in fata hotelului, nu prea multe locuri, dar un bell-boy a fost foarte amabil si ne-a gasit imediat un loc. Tot personalul hotelului foarte politicos si amabil. Vom reveni cu placere.
