I found most of the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The view from the dining room and bedrooms is spectacular. The menu in the restaurant is varied and I had a a couple of very tasy meals there The staff in the Lobby Bar were young and rather rude. Didnt seem interested in the customers needs |

the hotel has big beautiful rooms with a great view and the city is much more beautiful than i expected they did not find our reservation even though we had confirmation for bookig the suite. Eventually they did find it but they did not have the suite available,so we had to accept 2 double rooms next to each other. Breakfast is really bad,no selection at all.Even so,we liked the hotel very much,we willl definitely be back. |

Beautiful views, very friendly helpful staff, very clean and comfortable rooms and good pool, fitness and health and beauty facilities. Overall it is an excellent hotel and I hope to stay there again next year. |

Las instalaciones, los chicos de las maletas - encantadores y serviciales -, la amplitud de las habitaciones. El personal, a excepción de los chicos de las maletas, poco profesional y distante. Pedimos una habitación tranquila y nos dieron la que daba a la salida del personal del restaurante (salían a la 1.30h y entraba a las 6.30h)... Todavía estamos esperando que se disculpen!! Además, llevábamos el precio de booking en euros y al redondearnos a leva para pagar, nos salía más caro que en la reserva: al decirlo, encima se enfadaron... Por último, y lo más importante, las vistas del hotel no dan a Tsaravets!!! Mejor elegir otro hotel. |
