The stuff, personal of services, the room, the atmophere, the food, the cooking... everything is the best.

The hotel staff do not speak English

Good location and quite good choise of food. Pleasent staff and friendly atmosphere.

The owners are very nice people, as well as the restaurant staff. You can communicate with them in English. The food was very good and price is lower than at restaurants in the city. It's definitely worth paying for dinner tickets. The pool was clean. The hotel is not on the beach, but if you came by car, there is a nice free parking close to the beach, near the castle (the owner will explain that on a city map). There is also a free parking in the city center from where you can go by foot to the restaurants and shops on the beach, or to the supermarkets around. As concerns the breakfast, each of the 4 choices are good and the choice menu 1 ('komple') is different each day.

09.07.2011, clean rooms, the staf is ok, the parking have video camera, easy to reach the beach and other locations, free and clean pool, the breakfast is until 10:30 so I dont have to putt mi clock to ring :) . I'm gona return next year

Nobody from the stuff speaks any language (how do you explain that you want your cicken roasted?) so the firs rule of comunication is dead, the pool is just until 22:00 clock, the breakfast is poor. In all Bulgaria the police is hunting the turist to give a ticket, for no reason you get a ticket and you have to pay in the spot. Anyway, to avoid any tickets you can do nothing.Advice : to have all times fire estigvisher and green jacket in your car.

The hotel is a small family hotel, staff were friendly, rooms were nice and the breakfast was ok.

Staff ok , room was clean, you can order lunch and dinner at a good price.

Beach to far for the hotel location , but with car its not a big issue.

The lady who owns the hotel was very kind, always smiling. Location is very good especially if you prefer to go to beach to Albena as it is just at the entrance in Balchik.Hotels has (free) parking space both in front of the hotel- 10 places as well as across the street. There are 4 choices for breakfast that you can choose each morning, while the coffee, tea, yoghurt are open buffet.

The woman who serves breakfast was rather grumpy. Water should be provided for breakfast free of charge, even if it is only tap water in one bottle per table.

far from city center; very quiet in weekend, very noisy in week days.

The food was very good and very diversified at an acceptable price.

Hygiene, confort and distance from the beach: the room had a quiet strange smell, the balcony was not clean from the day we arrived; the bed lingerie had a bad smell and it was not as clean as it should be in a hotel room Moreover, the towels were dirty and we couldn't use them; the location is very far from the beach and the area is quiet noisy;

Camerele mari , balcon, aer conditionat functionabil, internet in camera, personalul ok, mancarea de la restaurant f buna si sa nu uit sa mentionez un aspect f important preturi mici,asadar recomand hotelul tuturor persoanelor cu buget mediu si inca ceva balchik-ul este minuna iar castelul reginei este minunat!

Singurul inconvenient este ca hotelul e mai departe de plaja, dar asta nu trebuie considerata o problema daca ai masina!
