the location 5 min from the beach and the pool with a small forest is great, the rooms, bathroom and balcony are really spacious, the a/c works very well the breakfast is even at Bulgarian standards very poor, broken cups, dirty and wet plates, not enough cutleries, bad service, small choice and no change in the offer, the "juces" are only chemicals with the tripple more water then recommended => better go out for breakfast! Attention: Even if it's stated that cc-paymants are accepted, with "ridicoulus" excuses they don't accept cc-payments! My card was stated as "invalid". But 30 min before and 1 hour later I counld use it without any problems at other locations. And never I had to pay for umbrellas and sunbeds at the hotels own pool. |

Not much. Lobby has wi - fi which was useful. Plenty. This hotel is tired and dated. Probably a great hotel in the 70's but now not one of Sunny Beach's finest attractions. Corridors very dark and needed painting, carpets needed burning, food was vile. |

The size of the room. The balcony. The breakfast. The swimming pool. The sun beds and umbrellas from the swimming pool are not free. The customers can use the pool for free, but without sun beds and umbrellas. That is unpleasant for a 4 stars hotel… Many wet people are walking all the day with elevators. |

Rätt så bra läge även om det var lite långt till centrum. Rena och rymliga rum för en liten familj som inte vill bo i lägenhet. Även om hotellet hade en egen pool så var man tvungen att betala för solstolarna och det tycker jag är oacceptabelt. |

Die Hotelzimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Das Hotel liegt nicht mitten im Pinienwald, sondern zu einer Seite liegt die Hauptstraße, nachts hört man den Straßenlärm. Das Foto vom Pool ist also veraltet. Die Qualität des Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht besonders hoch, Kaffee gibt es nur aus dem Automaten. Für die Liegen am Pool muss man als Gast extra zahlen! |

Hotel per famiglie. Apprezzabile la ampia piscina con il parco annesso. Per i servizi, molto gradita la cassetta di sicurezza in camera. Per i servizi e' presente il servizio di lavanderia, ma non e' prevista la stiratura. Qualsiasi capo viene quindi restituito lavato, ma non stirato (nonostante le specifiche richieste). |

nagy, tiszta szoba, nagy terasszal, félig tengerre néző kilátással (5-diken). bőséges reggeli, jó medence és olcsó koktélok (1et fizet 2őt kap!). kellemes légkondis szoba. közel a buszmegállóhoz, közel a centrumhoz, de mégis nyugodt környezetben van. fizetős nyugágyak a medencénél! |

Lo que no me gustó, es que en vuestra página web decía que era 4, estrellas el hotel, y apenas llega a 3. La habitación era limpia, pero el aire acondicionado no funcionó durante toda mi estadía. Yo viájé por cuestiones de trabajo,y tuve que dormir con la ventana abierta por el calor, pero la zona es muy ruidosa, por lo tanto no descansaba correctamente. |

Raportul calitate- pret este foarte bun . am fost impreuna cu familia si prietenii si ne-am simtit foarte bine . dupa un mic dejun care satisface toate gusturile , ziua ne-am petrecut-o pana spre seara la piscina hotelului .a fost super sa ne bem cocteilurile si frappeurile in piscina pentru ca barul se afla jumatate in piscina .este un hotel perfect pentru o vacanta cu copiii , familia si pretenii . |
