Confortable - clean - luxuriously decorated I wanted to use the spa and pool but it was not available till after 7 pm and you had to pay an additional charge which was not listed in the write up for the hotel. I think it should be clearer that you do not have access to the pool and spa area at all times and that there is an extra fee. The hotel is advertised as having a pool but not that you cant actually use it most of the time due childrens lessons and fitness lessons etc.

Excelent location near the park and close to the center of the city. Room was always clean and fresh. Breakfasts are tasty and guests can choose the meal for breakfast each day by menu.

Super friendly been here at least 5 times and will come again We stayed monday 3rd sept and had a buffet still breakfast, which is great as I dont eat breakfast, but do drink 3/4 cups of coffee, which is free, But when we stayed on the 10th there was no buffet and brought out menu , which I said no thanks too and just had my normal 4 cups of coffee, which at the end of servies was charged for 3 of them!!! Noboby told me that you only get 1 cup free with breakfast,

I loved how kind and helpful the staff were. They all spoke excellent English. The breakfast had horrible coffee and juice, though the eggs and bacon were heavenly.

è veramente tutto bello: dalla posizione, ai confort, alle attività sportive che offre. Ottimo prezzo e ottimo hotel. consiglierei di aggiungere un dolce in più per la colazione.

Хареса ми дизайнерското решение за обзавеждането на стаята и банята, и на хотела като цяло. Гледката към градския парк е много приятна. Персоналът е изключително вежлив и обслужващ бурзо и акуратно. Бих препоръчала хотела за бизнес мероприятия, на каквото бях аз, но също и за семеен престой.

Всичко ни хареса! Обстановката е много добра, базата е отлично поддържана. Възможност за спортуване и развлечения. Ресторантът и обслужването в него също са на добро ниво.
