Good value for money. The park and the swimming pool could help you to relax during the daytime. The bus 409 brings you directly to the Hotel from Varna airport for a few Levas. More buses stop in front of the Hotel which can bring you to Varna or Golden Sands. Brekfast was ok. The lady who ckecked us in was nice and helpful (she was the only one who could give us useful tips, and wanted to help us). The room was nice and clean, the aircon and fridge in the room was really useful.

They closed the swimming pool at 6pm, it would have been better to use it until 8 or 10 pm. The staff is not the most helpful with foreign peolple. The beach which is 250 m from the Hotel not really suitable to swim, and the way there is pretty dangerous at night; you need to take the bus to go to a nice sandy beach. There is no nightlife in the area, no local restaurants, places to go during the evening.

Comfortable room with space and air conditionning. A nice garden. The History, a real communist building built in 1955....

We stayed three nights, we could not go to swimming pool because there were some Kids Parties every afternoon and it was very noisy. On Saturday night there was a wedding party in our hotel and an other at the hotel just front of Hotel Persye. Very noisy The staff was not interrest for the guests. Breakfast food and service are very bad and dirty. It's not realy in Varna. There is no really beach near the hotel and the acces to the sea is not good. It was the worst hotel we had in Bulgaria ans Romania for our holidays.

We liked the Hotel's quite place out of the city but still close to the bus stop from which you an easily reach the center of Varna or Golden sands beaches as you prefer. The sea shore in that place is more wild and natural than just usual beach. The hotel is nice and tidy, stuff is friendly and the pool is clean.

The only thing disappointing is hotel's restaurant which isn't very clean. If you like to swim in the pool - sometimes it's overcrowded.

Although the hotel is rather far from the city centre, I chose this hotel because it has its own swimming pool and beach access. I was travelling with my 4-year-old daughter and having a swimming pool was a great bonus. Take bus #9 or #409 from the city centre. Bus stop is conveniently located near this hotel.

I like Soviet-era resort hotels, but some may not.

Nice Price and staff at reception.

It was wery far from the nice beach. If u don't wan't to break your legs u should take a taxi to get to the beach. Also waiters in the restaurant are awfully rude and slowly. There is a swimming pool, but there are too many people from other hotels and etc. It's very noisy because every day there are birthdays of bolgarian children. U know... It's not funny when child throw ball into your head... Air conditioner is located just over the bed. That's why my is ill now. Hotel is rather old... And view on the park has wiew on the road... It was the worst hotel I've ever seen. And the last one - son't drink a coffee at the breakfast....

The stuff could speak English. As a matter of fact they were really friendly and truing to help even though that was not possible...

We paid extra to get a room with see view. Well... It appear that such room does not exist. All the rooms facing the seaside are covered from trees and bushes. So if you decide to pay a couple of extra euro do not be surprised from "bush view" which you are going to get

The hotel seems half renovated - the rooms are renovated and the corridors are still quite shabby. The breakfast unlimited, but most of the items on the tables were really low quality. But for the price, we should not expect miracles.

Прекрасное местоположение, уютная и чистая территория, вежливый,доброжелательный персонал, чистые и уютные номера.

В двух номерах, в которых я побывала небыли исправны душевые кабины. Завтрак и ужин ниже средней оценки - скудный выбор блюд и некачественное исполнение.

Basen hotelowy - dość czysty, niestety czynny tylko do 18. Klimatyzowany pokój, telewizja kablowa. Ręczniki wymieniane co dwa dni na nowe. Możliwość płacenia kartą. Lokalizacja - na obrzeżach Warny, ale w miarę blisko do plaży oraz św. Konstatyna I Złotych Piasków. Dogodny dojazd autobusem.

Lodówka w pokoju nie działała. Drzwi od prysznica trzymały się na słowo honoru. Widok na park jest w rzeczywistości widokiem na ogrodzenie, a widok na morze - zasłaniają krzaki. Zestaw kosmetyków - po jednym malutkim mydełku I szamponiku. śNiadania - codziennie to samo, przydzielone na talerzu (z wyjątkiem niedzieli I świąt - wtedy szwedzki stół I dość spora różnorodność). Niezbyt sympatyczna obsługa.

Udvarias személyzet, szobákat naponta takarítják, tágas légkondicionált szoba, medence, saját étterem, wi-fi. Közelben kisbolt és étterem. A nem teljesen kiépített strand kb. 300m, buszmegálló 100 m-re. Általában svédasztalos reggeli, nagyon finom.

Több szárítóhelyre lett volna szükségünk.

Si parla di un Park Hotel datato e comunque facile ed utile agli spostamenti il costo é irrisorio , considerando che la colazione é compresa (Tipica Bulgara) lo staff disponibile a risolvere eventuali problematiche , Nella struttura vi é una bella piscina e moto movimento intorno ad essa dato che viene resa disponibile alle famiglie con bambini esterni alla soggiornazione. In Hotel .Se volete risparmiare ed avere pochi fronzoli ma comunque tutto ció che serve va bene, se fate caso a tutte le eventuali pecche ,Non é adatto a voi ,io ho soggiornato 12 gg tutto sommato come avrei previsto di trovare l' Hotel

Non esiste un menù Internazionale ,per mangiare Italiano pero a Varna vi e un ristorante di nome Garibaldi che fa da mangiare italiano

Хороший бассейн с безопасным детским отделением, удобный номер, чистота и порядок, отличный персонал. Рядом находится автобусная остановка и можно быстро попасть в центр Варны или к пляжу. По такой низкой цене вполне хорошие условия. До пляжа можно пройти пешком - минут 10-15.

Не очень понравилась кухня в ресторане.

Nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak a recepciós hölgyek. A reggeli finom volt és volt választék, bár mindennap ugyanaz, de többféle ételből lehetett válogatni.

Басейна беше чудесен особено за децата, стаята беше добре като големина и обзавеждане

В банята канала не дърпаше хубаво водата и като се къпеш в душкабината ваничката в краката се пълни много е неприятно. На рецепция има хора които са малко дръпнати.

Приветливый персонал, очень чистое белье, ежедневная уборка номера, частая смена постельного белья и полотенец, фрукты на каждый завтрак, отличное соотношение цена-качество. С удовольствием посетила бы этот отель в следующий раз.

У отеля дикий пляж, до городского облагоустроенного пляжа необходимо добираться на автобусе.

Персоналът е любезен и приветлив. Градината е наистина чудесна. Басейнът е чист и поддържан, без забележки. Барчето работи много добре, спасителят е много любезен. Чисто е навсякъде. Приятно е, че има гълъби и други декоративни птици.Цветята са чудесни. Закуската не е лоша, като се има предвид цената, има определено разнообразие, макар и не най-голямото и не най-доброто качество. В ресторанта готвят много добре, а обслужването е перфектно. Може да се каже, чее тихо, въпреки, че е сравнително близо до пътя.

В стаята не работеше хладилника, нямаше мини-бар. Разположението не е добро. Има указателни табели, но въпреки това се лутахме докато намерим хотела, тъй като те са поставени твърде късно,след като човек вече се е заблудил. Не може въобще да се говори да се ползва плажа който е сравнително близо. Ние нямаме проблем с това да слезем по стръмните стълби, ако имаше защо. Но плажът е мръсен, в него се влива нещо, което можем да определим като отходен канал. Когато отидохме там, миризмата беше показателна. Не се решихме да се къпем на това място и практически ползвахме само басейна (който, както казахме, компенсира). Не знам къде другаде наблизо има плаж - ние не намерихме, а и никой от хотела не можа да ни каже къде бихме могли да идем.

Generally we were satisfied with this hotel, its stuff and its conditions. If you decide to stay there, you must try the restaurant in the ground floor. Quite good flavours and not so expensive.The stuff is very kind, helpful too. Clean rooms everywhere. And a quite big swimming pool in the garden. Nice. So I really do recommend this place to go to. :) And one more advice: if you choose sea-view room, it can be a bit noisy sometimes, according to the parties, organized in the park at nights.

However the hotel is quite near to the sea, I do not recommend the closest beach (5 minutes walking distance) due to its company. If you want to find a cultured beach, you have to travel by bus at least 4 stations. ( We chose the 6th station from Studentska and its beach was quite good and quiet.) Buses are coming in every quarter hour.

The location was in between city centre and beaches so convenient if want to visit both in a day, hotel was kept clean which is a good thing. Bus stop 5 mins from the hotel also very good. Swimming pool not kept very clean but conveniently on the premises of the hotel as the near by beach very dirty and not safe to take children to.

No proper english speaking stuff, meaning receptionists, only few could understand properly, no hairdryer in a room or not even possible to borrow on a request, iron dengerously broken but still was given to us for use, fridge not working, shower door falling off, very bad smell from the drains in the bathroom, breakfast boring, very limited and not tasty.
