Закуската е под всякаква критика - нямаше дори мляко за сутрешното кафе.

Alleen het bed!

Houding personeel, hotel niet voorbereid op gasten, dwz volwassen gasten. Bleek een hotel gespecialiseerd in kindergroepen. Geen enkele blijk van gastvrijheid. We kregen ongevraagd een kinderontbijt: pannekoek met een glas melk. Moesten wel even ons eigen tafeltje schoonmaken en het licht aan doen. Staf totaal niet opgeleid en begreep nauwelijks onze klacht. Niet boeken deze tent!

I would not advise any one to go to this hotel, the things they advertise are not there. The indoor pool was not working, the room had no were to sit and was very basic with no fridge, There was lights flashing out side the window all-night and the curtains were so thin you could see striate thought them, this was not helpful when you wish to get changed as the light was in the middle of the room so all outside could see. The shower took all night for the water to drain out of it. The room was more like a sell. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Bulgaria and this was the worse. The road up to it is steep and narrow I was lucky not to meet a car coming the other way. We stayed 1 night that was 1 night to long.

The staff were very helpfull and attentive. Some of them didn´t have much English but made an effort. We were in a suite and it was very spacious although the furniture and decor had seen better times.

For the first few days we were at the hotel there were very few guests, if any other than us, and we didn´t have any choice of breakfast which was very limited. When more guests arrived, we found out we had a kind of buffet style, although not up to western European standards. They had some very loud guests, shouting and singing until 2 or 3 in the morning, and the staff did nothing.

Hotel heeft aardig zwembad met buitenbar en ligweide, maar dat is ook enige pluspunt.

Het personeel sprak amper Engels, aan klachten over de kamer (TV) werkte niet en de mini-bar (koelkast) was defect en ook niet gevuld, werd niets gedaan. Ook werkte de buiten wirlpool tijdens ons verblijf niet. Op de badkamer ontbreken douchegordijnen waardoor de hele badkamer onder water liep. De kamers waren ook zeer pover ingericht, met ouderwtes materiaal. Verder was het ontbijt een aanfluiting, totaal geen keus, er werd een bord met eten voor je neus gezet, opeteen of anders niets. Dit hotel ziet er van buiten aardig uit, maar is absuluut zijn 3 sterren niet waard. Absolute afrader, op internet staan faciliteeiten genoemd zoals sauna en welness (buiten gebruik), minibar was afwezig, bar in het hotel was gewoon een toonbank in de ontbijtzaal, dus geen echte hotelbar, kortom zware tegenvaller
