Vitosha Park Hotel  

Hotel located close to airport. Good quality of meal.

Very nice welcome. Reception desk was very polite and helpful, even that I asked changing room because of the view and they had a lot of work that time. The room was warm and clean, very well loaded min bar. The only thing I didn't liked is that the swimming pool is working till 21.30 p.m., but next time I will work less

No breakfast.No service. And in Cristmas time no central warminh in the room.The worst hotel experience for me and my family.

The hotel is very nice situated, fromthe room and the elvator (which is outside the buiding) you have a wonderful view on the Vitosha mountain. the rooms are wll equiped, in each room there is a fridge, a microwave and elementary things for cooking. Bathroom are large and modern equiped.

Although the first impression was very positive, I had the unpleasant surprise that the bed sheets were not changed fromthe previous guest, although the bed was made giving the impresion everything was perfect... Betsheets were not onoly dirty but full of hair. The reception reacted quite fast, 2 ladies came with clean bed sheest and changed in fromt of me, which made the things not better, because I saw how dirty the pillowd, and the couverture were...Next day, at breakfast the room was full of uncleaned dishes. so after this experience I have the strong impression the cleaness in this hotel is very bed. I could not enjoy anything afterwards, as I had all the time the impression something is not clean.

There was quite a few of us but breakfast was grab what you can -they ran out of cups / fruit -next day it was something else coffee / milk never got a tea spoon yet - They do clean the rooms but towels are a problem sometimes you got new towels next time you did not -kitchen has microwave but no kettle asking for a kettle was no - it was boil water in something for coffee -note swimming pool closed from the look at it, it will be next year before it opens rest of the stuff is open. If you want food lots of places out right till end of street then left hotel closes early

Continental breakfast. Quite location at the time of my stay. The hotel is quite new and most of the services are for free. Close to the city center (10 min. by taxi with 7 Bulgarian Lev).

When there are comitives (as it was) they reserve the restautant and is not possible have a lunch or a dinner, only it possible have the room service. You have to walk a bit to find a closer restaurant and the location is not on the map given at the reception.

I've been there before and it was as I expected in most respects. Secure parking was important on this occasion.

Smoking room specifically requested on booking.com website. Request conformed as OK at reception, but was given non-smoking room. On return to front desk, was not offered alternative. Several of the light bulbs in the room did not work. Wi-fi signal so weak that I had to go to reception area.

We were very disappointed in this hotel ,its advertised as a four star hotel , the air condition was not working nobody could sleep it was 28c in the room ,we stayed on the ninth floor ,we could see from the window that the air condition supply units below were not working ,to our surprise after breakfast 9am they turned them on ,not much good when we were leaving !!!! The staff were very elusive we waited 20 minutes for a drink. Poor value for money

Location is nice. Quality of the building and rooms is essencialy good.

Staff are not well considering thier guests. When checking-in, we had to wait on a long queue because only a person was working at the reception desk during the busiest time. When checking-out, the same. We had no hot water for shower in our room. The receptionist knew it, but he didn't tell me until I made a call for help. So we went to Sauna in stead. But Sauna had been closed at 8:30pm. We were not informed about it neither. Eventually, cold shower only at that night, which might be good for young monks.

It was very good place a few years ago. They should to modernize it, it's time for refreshing hotel.

ресторанта е повече от скъп в минибара имах наченат шоколад, който така и не беше заменен, въпреки че уведомих и камериерката и рецепция

обстановката в парк хотел витоша е изключително приятна. имах възможността да се възползвам от спа центъра и горещо го препоръчвам.

Хотелът е голям и винаги има места.На удобно за мен място е. Обслужването е на добро ниво.

Не винаги поддържането на техниката е на ниво-особено в банята.При последното ми идване в стая 422 душът беше повреден,в мивката имаше стърготини.Случвало ми се е водата от канала в банята да се изтича много бавно. Младежите на рецепцията винаги са били много любезни когато съм подавал сигнали за нещо нередно.
