The hotel was decent, staff was great and helpful and rooms were clean. Breakfast needs to be improved and the hotel is away from the centre of the city. The location is not impressive. You have to go off the main road to reach it. |

Friendly staff, outstanding breakfast, clean & modern room with good sized bed, free internet and a small "business center" in the lobby lounge with 2 computers and laser printer. A bit smaller bathroom than expected. |

there were no problems, check in and out was painless. we had an excellent rate for booking through your website would have liked a kettle for tea/coffee making in the room |

Friendly accommodating staff, excellent standard of room especially cleanliness and comfort. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Parking and easy to find. Only a short taxi ride into the city in the evening. Group of young children (maybe school trip) up very early running down the corridors shouting and knocking on doors waking us up. |

This hotel is on the bookingsite a 4 star hotel, but it's a 3 star hotel! And the rooms need some renovation, the carpet must be replaced but breakfast is good! |
