Tous les enfants de moins de 2 ans séjournent à titre gracieux pour l'utilisation de la literie disponible dans la chambre des parents.
Tous les enfants de moins de 2 ans sont facturés 1,50 EUR par nuit et par personne pour l'utilisation des lits bébés.
Tous les enfants plus âgés ou adultes sont facturés à 80 % du tarif de la chambre par nuit et par personne pour l'utilisation des lits d'appoint.
Le nombre maximum de lit d'appoint en chambre est égal à 2.
Le nombre maximum de lit bébé en chambre est égal à 1.
Les lits d'appoint sont uniquement disponibles sur demande et ils doivent être confirmés par l'hôtel.
Les suppléments ne sont pas automatiquement calculés dans le montant total de la réservation et ils doivent être réglés séparément à l'hôtel.
Dépôt de garantie
Un prépaiement équivalent à 100 % de la première nuit sera prélevé par l'hôtel à la réservation et il n'est pas remboursable.
Animaux de compagnie
Les animaux de compagnie sont admis sur demande (sans supplément).

There is live music every evening at the main restaurant.

The hotel is a real 3 star one. The staff is very polite and speaks basic english (including the old parking guard man). The rooms are clean, pleasant smelling and enough large. We had a little electrical problem that was fixed in less than 3 minutes from our call. It is a little far from the beach in a quiet area, very close to the shopping area and exactly in the front of a dark forest. So the air is not so hot. The breakfast is the same every day but it consists of very diverse kinds of food, like a 4 stars hotel menu. For a 3 star hotel is an excellent choice! The tax for the pool, armchairs and mattresses must be included in the room rate. As a result of the modernization the rooms are larger but balconies are very narrow. |

We got what we expected... Actually, after reading the reviews I was expecting a little less, but it was quite all right. The rooms especially were great. The food.... Ok at breakfast and dinner but a little poor at lunch. Anyway, not too many guests ate lunch at the hotel so maybe that's the reason. They should specify what All Inclussive actually includes. We were expecting all inclusive and we got full boad instead. They said that it was the same at their hotel. But it was ok fo the price we paid. |

The hotel staff was gentle, the services and the comfort were ok . I didn't like that you have to pay for lounge chair at the swimming pool, in the bathroom it smells strange,it should be some odorants and the ventilation witch wants to be a airconditioned is not good. |

Reception was not kind and they required 5 euro commition for 20 euro payment. I've never heard a hotel charges on chairs on poolside. So dingusting! |

Nice rooms, good services - It's a very good value for money. We tried to play table tennis but the conditions for that were not so good - but that's the only drawback of the hotel (for a 3 starts one :) ). |

The food was good and the rooms were clean and comfortable with tv, A/C, quite big bed, balcony. The bathroom is clean and big. The swimming pool was ok with clean water. The personal from the reception were very kind and they knew english very well. Not really. The staff from the restaurant could learn more english. |

the hotel itself was ok. The food was very, very, very bad. i was only able to eat one salad and french fries (also served cold). it ruined my vacation completely. on the phone they say that parking is included but it isn't. it's far from the beach as well, i got a room with "sea view" but the only "view" was in the hotel in front of it. |

Special thanks to the hotel manager. Positv aspects: Big and clean room, payground for our chaild, an open speace for breackfast very nice,the pool was great (big and clean) with children speace. the breakfast is the same every day |

the hotel is about 10 min far from the beach and very close to the taxi stands and bus stop (Varna and other cities are worth to see); there 24hour shop on the ground of the hotel; pool with nice garden houses; rich offer for breakfast there was a keyboard music in the evenings (till 23:00) which was a bit anoying sometimes |

Swimming pool is good and managers are polite. Food is not good!!! Same food every day, quality was bad, for example sometimes fresh sausages were mixed with old ones. Nothing for children - no porridges or yogurts. One of the coffee machines sometimes didn't work and there was a terrible que. When we arrived our room was quite dirty, there was a cobweb on the lamps and a mold in the bathroom. Few days later it was cleaned. No animation for the kids. |

Good speaking and friendly staff, big swimming pool with good water, big and clean rooms, varied and good breakfast A little far away from the beach. Some trouble to fall asleep because of the sunlight. Music of the bar too loud from 9 A.M. Too many persons queuing for breakfast. |

"+": i liked that the price of the room was very good, fair for what they offerd. (Plus, the bed was matrimonial). At the pool, the chair + the umbrella costs more less than on the beach. They have an exchange house oppend 24h/24h. "-": Is true that the breakfast wasn`t the best but in the same time i found what i neded to have a good meal. The parking lots weren`t included in the room price. the phone wasn`t functional, the breakfast could maybe be better. |

Few things liked during my stay at Hotel Perla in proportion to the things which didn't like me - see below my comments for more details. Yes, the hotel gave me a small room where the beds are stick by their width not by their length how I consider it's normally. Considering I have stayed with my wife this thing was quite annoying. Moreover the bathroom was dirty and it doesn't make you feel comfortable staying there. I didn't like the attitude of the receptionist towards me too when I told about these issues and I asked to change the room with other one. So, the Perla hotel and Bulgaria is not anymore in my plans in order to spend my holiday there. |

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean. It was a little too far away from the beach. We had the same food every morning. The water in the pool was too cold to use it. They were turning on the lights on the balcony every night and we didn't have the possibility to turn it of and we had some trouble to fall asleep. |
