The rooms are very big and clean,the staff is very helpfull especially the hotel manager mrs. Margarita that will give you a hand in everything you need,the price is very fair and is worth the 3 star hotel

Hotel charges chairs at swimming pool

the value for money was great, as i had to stay 18 days with my family. some of the staff was nice and communicative and the food was good.

they did not clean the room properly, (i traveled with my baby girl, so it really mattered) they do not answer to room service orders, most of them speak poor english or any other international language, so the communication is severely compromised, most of the staff is not customer orientated.... and so on and so forth....

The hotel had good value for the money. The breakfast was good. The room was small but clean.

The location was not great. It was 10min walking distance to the beach. It wasn't so bad but this was the weakest characteristic of the hotel.

Nothing to like in this hotel

So this is the worst hotel we have ever been to in Golden Sands. First of all they have lost our reservation even if it was paid in advance by credit card. After some negotiations they have given us a room - a dirty room with dirty walls, dirty laundry, dirty towels. The hotel reservation said internet in public spaces for free. No it costs. they have some sort of machine that gives you coins for wireless never seen before. We have left earlier than scheduled. Don't go to this hotel if you want a nice holiday in Golden Sands!

Amplasarea.

Dacă nu pot spune adevărul, nu comentez din bun simţ.

Intretinut binisor, mancarea ok (mai putin carnea care are un gust...cam aiurea), piscina ok.

Camerele sunt mochetate... Mocheta aduna mult praf si mizerie. Daca s-ar putea schimba cu parchet sau gresie ar fi mai bine.

Atitudinea atenta si binevoitoare a personalului, curatenia curtoazia cu care esti intampinat.

Prea multa galagie din partea grupurilor de tineri, care petrec, cu foarte multa bautura, pana dimineata la barul de langa piscina, sau in camere si urla fara sa tina seama de ceilalti turisti veniti pentru odihna si relaxare.

distanta pana la plaja, dar pt un week-end nu e suparator, camera mica, nu era uscator de par in baie, toaletele murdare din holul hotelului
