It is not a 5 stars, maybe a 3. Studio and toilet was tiny, we asked for a view and were turned to the parking. Swimming pool was cold, couldn't use it. |

Friendliness of staff. Nothing too much trouble.Excellent facilities Very comfortable room. Restaurant staff delightful but course at dinner came in completely wrong order.Breakfasts beautifully served and presented but plate contained everything and despite trying to explain only needed one quarter of food so most returned despite quality |

Το πρωσοπικό που στελεχώνει το Ξενοδοχείο είναι νέα παιδιά και προσπάθούν με λεπτότητα και ευγένεια και με λίγο τρακ, να κάνουν πιο ευχάρεστη την παραμονή μας. 1.Πιστεύω οτι θα πρέπει στην βιβλιοθηκη που ειναι στο χώρο της υποδοχής να υπάρχουν και βιβλία άλλων γλωσσών και οχι μόνο Βουλγάρικα.2.-Βελτίωση στην ποιότητα του πρωϊνού. |

Το ξενοδοχειο σαν εγκαταστασεις ηταν παρα πολυ καλο και οι παροχες επισης..... φανταζομαι οταν χιονισει ολα θα ειναι ακομα πιο τελεια επειδη η περιοδος ακομα δεν ηταν καλη για τον συγκεκριμενο προορισμο το ξενοδοχειο σαν να υπολειτουργουσε..... βλεπε θερμανση που δεν ειχε και προσωπικο.... |
