Fantastic house with good (old) architecture. We love it! Spacious and clean room with flat TV, free WiFi. Very helpful staff with good service. Nice restaurant (mehana) with delicious traditional food. I would recommend this hotel. The distance between the two centers.

The hotel is really homely and clean, staff smiling and available. There is a inn ("mehana") in which You can find good Bulgarian food.

Местоположението е в самия център на кв. Устово на Смолян. Има паркинг за коли. Хотелът представлява възрожденска къща в битов стил, също и стаите. Уютно място. Има механа към хотела. Храната беше много вкусна. Задължително опитайте пататник и качамак с яйце. Обслужването беше на много високо ниво. Персоналът е много любезен. Като съвсем лек недостатък може да се спомене, че стаята в която бяхме настанени гледаше към главния път и ако бяха отворени прозорците беше шумно, но когато ги затворехме нямаше никакъв проблем.

Престоят ни на това място беше просто отличен. Хотелът е разположен в приятен район на Смолян, с лесен и бърз достъп до централната част на града и, с удобна връзка до основните забележителности. Хотелът е обзаведен в стар стил, стаята ни беше просторна, с голяма и удобна бяня и, с хубав изглед. Бяхме посрещнати топло от собственика и получихме ценни съвети какво да видим и как да оползотоврим максимално добре времето си. Кухнята на механата към ресторанта заслужава също най-всиока оценка. Опитахме някои типични родопски ястия и всички те бяха толкова добре приготвени, че дълго ще помним вкуса им. Закуската е лека и приятна и, има възможност да се индивидуализира в зависимост от вкуса и хранителния режим. Препоръчвам този хотел като истински добро място за настаняване и символ на родопската гостоприемност.

“Интересна архитектура с любезен и отзивчив персонал. Много просторна баня. Механата предлага чудесна кухня на много приемливи цени. Много сме доволни и пак ще отидеме.” На главен път и шума от камиони и коли е непрестанен.

Das Haus ist ein sehr schönes restauriertes "Wiedergeburtshaus" und das Zimmer war sehr schön.Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und sprechen teilweise englisch. Im Restaurant gibt es gute, landestyoische Küche. Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße.

механата е добра. персонала е любезен и отзивчив, стаята, в която бяхме беше доста малка, но чисата и битово обзаведена. локацията е ужасна! на главен път и шума е непрестанен. нямаше климатици и трябваше да отворим прозорците, което беше почти безсънни нощи заради непрестания грохот на автомобилите...
