The apartment was great, this is the third year that I stay in residence and I think that will be and the only hotel which I will prefer! You will find anything that you need to stay for many days! In the rooms must be put more radiators The transport to bansko's gondola must be free of charge for everyone!

I had a blast with my husband alone after 7 years travelling with friends and children! Hotel and staff were fantastic. Restaurant offers food for various tastes. One small remark is that apartment we booked, was given away before we checked in, so we should stay at smaller price room, with lousy bed. But, they give us a complementary breakfast, so we were satisfied! I am recommending this hotel however for anyone who needs a little break from work, likes mountains and fresh air and like to be treated as royalty. Wishing you a pleasant stay!

уединенное расположение. возможность размещения с собакой. недостаточно комфортная температура в номере. отвратительная кровать (раскладной диван). одеяло по размеру более подходит детям, а не взрослым. странные затраки и ужины в ресторане.

отдыхали этом отеле 4 дня. номер очень понравился. аппарт с одной спальней. кухня укомплектована польностью 5+.номер очень большой и светлый. хотя окна выходили на дорогу, это не мешало. из минусов ресторан на 3+ не больше. никаких баров рядом больше нет. мы были на машине и нас не смущало. но если без колес там нечего делать. жаль нет WiFi в номере

это уединенный апартамент отель со всеми его поюсами. есть кухня. потрясающий вид из окон. непосредественная близость природы. красивая огроженная территория. очень красивый сосед- гольф клуб. отличное место для прогулок для тех, кто не играет в гольф. малолюдность и уединенность, которая кстати для романтических пар и молодоженов. летом не работает ресторан. это и плюс и минус, удаленность от цивилизации. но если у вас есть машина или вы берете ее в прокат, лучше места не придумать.

τα διαμερισματα ειναι πολυ μεγαλα και ανετα. μην προτιμησετε το studio διοτι εχει καναπε κρεβατι κι οχι κανονικο. ο χωροσ ηταν καθαροσ και το προσωπικο στην reception εξυπηρετικο. το εστιατοριο του ξενοδοχειου ηταν φθηνο (περιπου 5 ευρω το ατομο) ηταν μακρυα απο την πολη του bansko με αποτελεσμα να ειναι δυσκολη η μετακινηση ειδικα τισ μερεσ που εχει πολυ χιονι κυριωσ γιατι δεν καθαριζαν τουσ δρομουσ παρα μονο τουσ κυριουσ, οπωσ επισησ και το χωρο του parking του ξενοδοχειου. το φαγητο δεν μασ εντυπωσιασε διοτι δεν ηταν τησ αρεσκειασ μασ.

η σχεση τιμης και παρεχομενων υπηρεσιων ηταν καλη,υπηρχε αφθονη ζεστη στο δωματιο και ζεστο νερο. δεν μου αρεσε ο καναπες που γινονταν κρεβατι αν και το γνωριζα κατα την κρατηση,θα μπορουσε να εχει ενα διπλο κρεβατι. το πρωινο ηταν αρκετα φτωχο καθως επισης και η πληροφορηση για το spa του ξενοδοχειου ηταν ανυπαρκτη κατα την αφιξη μας. μετα απο δυο ημερες ειδα προσπεκτ και στα ελληνικα. h τηλεοραση επιανε μονο βουλγαρικα καναλια αυτο πιστευω πως ειναι απαραδεκτο για ξενοδοχειο που δεχεται παρα πολλους ξενους. δεν υπηρχε καθαριοτητα του δωματιου κατα την παραμονη.

το δωματιο ηταν φανταστικο, και ειχε ωραια θεα, η τιμη του δωματιου ηταν παρα πολυ καλη η εξυπηρετηση ηταν αθλια, το προσωπικο δεν μιλουσε αγγλικα, το πρωινο δεν ηταν καλο, και γενικα δεν ειχαν καλη οργανωση σαν ξενοδοχειο

το δωματιο ηταν υπεροχο,με ωραια θεα,μεγαλο,καθαρο. το φαγητο ηταν απαραδεκτο!!! ο χωροσ του παρκινγκ δεν καθαριστηκε απο το χιονι με αποτελεσμα να υπαρχει προβλημα στην εισοδο/εξοδο προσ αυτο. στην σαουνα θα επρεπε να γινετε χρηση καποιου αιθερεου ελεου (προτεινομενο μεντα) για να μην υπαρχουν δυσαρεστεσ οσμεσ....(μασχαλιλα).
