Planeta Hotel  

Hotel appearance, decor and rooms are excellent but that would be all I could positively describe about the Planeta Hotel.

Located about a 10 minute walk from the strip in Sunny Beach but walk back is along an unlit deserted road.Strip clubs on both sides and facing the hotel.Not great family image??? Don't go in May. 15 of us travelled on all inclusive but we were the only ones in the whole Hotel.Amenities not open yet (only 1 bar restauraunt inside which closed early)and no water in swimming pools. Desk staff very rude and unhelpful but bar staff pleasant enough.Manager eventually met us but nothing improved - except water put in chidlrens pool on the last day.Food cold and repeated daily in a different format. Don't complain about holidays normally but this hotel is a disater in May. Never again.

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the cleanliness and the waiting staff were very nice

The hotel was not open in it's full capacity as it was out of season until around the 21st of may we left the 18th of may.outdoor pool was empty serious health and safety hazard. Only 1 restaurant open with cold horrible food no bars open . No childrens entertainment .no hot water for a shower until 3rd night. Could not heat my child's bottle until 3rd night as there was no kettle in room and staff were not very helpful in getting is one until 3rd night . Overall a very bad stay at this hotel !

Good place, near beach. Big room,good food.

Only one all inclusive bar and working time only 10:00 - 22:30.

The pool is super and the food is a lot. Free drinks taste like urine

Hotelul este foarte frumos, un hol superb in care marmura este de mare efect, camerele foarte mari si luminoase, restaurantul foarte luxos si frumos, o buna deservire. Pozitia fata de mare si plaja este buna.

Curatenia sau igiena la toaletele din hol se poate imbunatati putin, raportata la numarul de stele al hotelului. Desi jacuzi era inclus in All inclusive, acesta nu functiona(era defect), pe cand cel cu plata putea fi folosit.

[5th floor] Room dirty and old, view site built, fewer elevators, parking more expensive than in bookings, bad employees, small pool and dirty, poor food quality and diversification does not exist, the same food every day, dirty dishes, glasses dirty, I wanted to claim quality of this hotel I had nobody to talk to [Lady Nedelva lvan] not really speak english, in her vocabulary there are too many "can not". displayed outside the hotel has five stars, four stars inside, but is not 3 star. Holiday missed!

Un plus pentru hotel-camera foarte spatioasa,frumos mobilata,curata,izolata fonic.Peretii hotelului sunt decorati cu foarte multe tablouri,f.frumoase.

Am rezervat doua camere,intre care singura diferenta trebuia sa fie amplasarea-una cu vedere la mare,cealalta nu.Am primit doaua camere f. diferite una la etajul 7-cea cu vedere la mare-OK,cealalta,la etajul 2, cu gresie pe jos,cu chicineta,cu marginile masutei din camera jupuite, cu cheie in loc de cartela.Yala de la usa acestei camere mergea f.greu si nu functiona telefonul.Ni s-a schimbat aceasta camera a doua zi,dupa ce i-am dat 10 euro receptionerei.Nu mi-a placut mancarea-multa si de calitate indoielnica;bauturile de la all inclusive sunt f.proaste.Personalul pare suprasolicitat,ospatarii sunt nervosi si neatenti.Nu mi-a placut nici faptul ca la curatenie nu se acorda atentie detaliilor-cablurile de la veioze sunt murdare,tapiteria unor scaune si canapele din holul hotelului,la fel,uneori fiind descusuta sau rupta.Cameristele nu inteleg deloc engleza.

часть номеров выходит на оживленную улицу с ресторанчиками и кафе, ночью нельзя из-за шума открыть балкон, а кондиционер регулируется только централизованно. отказали в помощи заказа такси, пришлось заплатить в два раза больше денег за такси, взятое в аэропорту.

Unele camere si piscina.

Facilitatiile all Mancarea si faptul ca dupa 2 zile calitatea mancarii a scazut vizibil. Ca s-a inchis barul de la piscina. Ca barul de la ultimul etaj..care m-a atras in prezentare- era inchis inca din iulie. Unele bauturi de la All erau f proaste-Ex - Vinul Ca in timpul sejurului ni s-a schimbat camera si au incercat sa ne ofere o camera mai urata. Ca a intrat, de mai multe ori, peste noi, camerista in timp ce dormeam.

Hotelul are 5 stele dar dupa ceea ce ofera se situeaza undeva la 3 stele, personalul sub orice critica, mancarea nu a fost pe gustul nostru.
