no parking places, no roads, no green spaces, rest of concrete after building, no interes from local authorities - except pool, nothing inside or in neighborhood of hotel. |

The facilities of the hotel - great. Everything you might need - you have in the room. Swimming pools clean and nice. View out of the room super! The hotel is in construction area - but if you know it - it is completely not a problem. No facilities to dry the clothes (drying stand). |

It is a very new hotel. The pools are OK + the hotel is very close to the beach (which is a very nice beach compared to other ones in Bulgaria). Close to the old town of Pomorie, where you can shop and walk around. The furniture of the rooms are nice, also air conditioning working perfectly. The hotel is as usual for bulgaria surrounded by construction sites. The view therefore out of the rooms is not perfect. Also there was some construction going on, also on the weekend, which was disturbing sometimes. |

The room was very nice, clean and well decorated. All appliances were new and worked fine. The staff were helpful, courteous and had good English. The hotel was right on the beach and still very close to the town and to shops. The spa was small but good. At the time that I stayed, all around the hotel was a building site. The room, advertised as a ''sea-side view" (for an extra 5 euro per night) did not look out on to the sea, but to the adjacent half-built buildings. Wired internet access in the rooms was promised but not delivered. |

brand new hotel, not yet finished during our stay, views spectacular, hotel wonderful when completed. Sevelina, the manageress very professional and caring.... could not have asked for a better service from her building sites all round |

A szoba tiszta volt, jól berendezett, kényelmes. Az úszómedence is tetszett. A tengerpart közel volt. A takarítónők ha egyszer nem tudtak bejönni, mert épp a szobában voltunk, akkor többet nem is próbálkoztak. A lift lehetne kicsit nagyobb. Kártyás fizetés nem lehetséges, ezt sajnáltam. |

Pokoje były sprzątane pomiędzy 9 a 10. Brakowało wywieszek na drzwi, aby poinformować, że nie chce się sprzątania lub aby obsługa przyszła później. Wytłumaczenie pani, aby przyszła za godzinę czasami powodowało,ze w ogóle nie przyszła. |

nice apartment very clean and also the swimming pool is great - another positiv thing is that you can go to the beach in 2 minutes from the hotel - very relaxing atmosphere in questo momento stanno costruendo dei palazzi davanti all'hotel quindi non aspettatevi una vista mozzafiato sul mare ma una strada impolverata e dissestata - the hotel doesen't accept credit card! |

Несмотря на стройку кругом(надеюсь временно), отель производит очень приятное впечатление.Чисто, интересный современный дизайн, приветливый персонал-говорят по-русски, по-английски. Идеально, если попадете в номер с видом на море. Хороший и недорогой спа-центр(рекомендую массажиста Александра).Чистый бассейн, простая, но вкусная кухня. Многие апартаменты выкуплены русскими и украинцами, но народу мало--заполнено не более 20% номеров.Море близко.Идеальное место для семейного отдыха с детьми (во всех номерах есть кухонные уголки), дешевые и натуральные продукты, много фруктов. 1.Есть проблемы с персоналом по уборке номера--всего 3 человека на весь отель. Иногда просто не успевали убрать номер в первой половине дня, приходили во время обеда и после.Я думаю имеет смысл в пик сезона брать дополнительный персонал для уборки номеров.По качеству уборки претензий нет. 2.На сайте указано, что в отеле принимают кредитные карты. Это не так!! Нет терминала по приему карт, принимают только наличные.3.На сайте отель указан как 4*, но на самом деле обслуживание как в 3*:смена постельного белья 1 раз в неделю, полотенца 1р в 3 дня. |
