Spa&Pool is great! Rooms are huge and clean, the staff is friendly and open. Great variety of massages - it's all yours on weekdays! Poor breakfast, mainly based on meat. Hotel surrounding is fairly poor, it's about half hour walk to city center. |

Excellent staff, very hospitable, and a very pleasant hotel in every respect - lovely rooms, blissfully quiet at night, and all-round good service. Unfortunately the hotel does not cater Bulgarian food, but is very much focused on Greek cuisine, which in this hotel is of inferior quality, being highly expensive and one is after all in Bulgaria and not in Greece. Bulgarian food would have been preferable. Read request made when guests book hotel. I had asked for a double bed, but staff was unaware of this as they had not read my request or replied stating it was not possible. |

friedly,relaxed,good service.I did like the fact that all staff made me feel very welcome and the spa treatments were great. There wasno coffee or tea in the room or no snack menu. |

Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει. Φοβερή ποικιλία στο πρωινό. Η θερμαινόμενη πισίνα τέλεια, σε πολύ καλή θερμοκρασία 31 οC. Ο χώρος πολύ καθαρός και μοναδική περιποίηση στο massage. Κάπως τσιμπημένες οι τιμές στο εστιατόριο. |

Φιλικό προσωπικό. Θα έπρεπε να έχει μεγαλύτερους κοινόχρηστους χώρους σε σχέση με τη δυναμικότητα σε δωμάτια και καλύτερη σήμανση ώστε να μπορεί κανείς να βρει τη ρεσεψιόν ευκολότερα. Η πρόσβαση στο spa center για τους ενοίκους της βόρειας πτέρυγας θα έπρεπε να γίνεται από διαδρόμους στους επάνω ορόφους και όχι μέσω της ρεσεψιόν. |

Гостиница шикарная, номера прекрасные, уютные, чистые, просторные. Постельное белье сверкало от белизны. Великолепный дизайн бассейна, джакузи, парных бань, на протяжении всего дня персонал следил за чистатой. SPA сделано со вкусом. Весь обслуживающий персонал очень вежлив, доброжелателен, гостеприимен, в любую минуту спешит помочь если возникли какие то проблемы. До леса рукой падать. Рекомендуем посетить эту гостиницу. В душевых кабинках очень плохой слив как в номере так и в бассейне. На самом верхнем этаже верхняя часть окон сделана ввиде треугольника и окна не возможно закрыть шторами, прямые лучи солнца мешают во время отдыха. Верхнюю часть окон не мешало бы затемнить. |
