Hotel Premier  

The attendant at reception was helpful and offered to park my car and help me with my luggage. Wi-fi worked fine and location pretty good for old town VT. Room had a decent view.

The reception staff weren't very attentive. There were two behind the counter and I was the only guest at check-in but I was asked to take a seat and wait until they were ready! After a while I got their attention and asked if they were ready yet and they allowed me to check in. During check-in I asked if the pool facilities were open - they said yes, but that it was very cold so I probably wouldn't want to use it. What is the point of having a pool if it's so cold that nobody wants to use it? After I dropped off my luggage I went down to check out the pool/spa area on the floor below reception but all the lights were switched off and when I walked in I just got some odd looks from the laundry staff who were folding sheets in a room at the far end of the 'pool/sauna/spa' area. Eventually, I found a few light switches and managed to get some of the pool lights on so I could at least see where I was going and reduce the risk of falling in, but the pool was certainly freezing cold when I checked, so I gave up on even trying to use the sauna etc which were also all switched off and in pitch black. The room was quite dated and the bath was plastic and had started fading to yellow. I think the hotel is overdue a refurb and needs somebody to take a look at the facilities. A hotel shouldn't advertise spa/pool facilities if they're practically impossible to use! The only reason I chose this hotel, which is more expensive than the alternatives was because I wanted to swim so this spoiled my stay and cost me a bunch more Lev than I was hoping.

I is a great location with a fantastic view. The room was clean and comfortable. The wait staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good and I would recommend it and would stay there again.

I like the hotel location. Panaramic view was a very beautiful. The bathroom was a very big and comfortable.

Our room was a very small. Hair dryer was broken. Glass in a case door has been broken.

Die Lage war wirklich super, man ist quasi direkt im Stadtzentrum. Die Zimmer und die Ausstattung ist auch völlig in Ordnung. Das Wellness- Angebot im Hotel ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vom Speisenangebot ok.

Leider war der Spa-Bereich am ersten Abend bereits geschlossen und am zweiten (und für uns letzten) war das Wasser eiskalt und eine Mitarbeiterin teilte uns dann auch mit, dass es ein Problem gäbe (sie sprach von dirty, aber ihr Englisch war damit leider auch schon erschöpft). So nett wie das Personal an der Rezeption war, so muffelig war die Bedienung am Frühstücksbuffet - leider war der Kaffee auch kalt und an Tee zu kommen war am ersten Tag auch nur auf Nachfrage möglich und am zweiten gab es gleich gar keinen. Alles in allem ist das Hotel aber empfehlenswert.

Faptul ca la cererea mea mi-a fost schimbata camera la checkin

1. fotografia piscinei cu fatada hotelului induce in eroare, realitatea fiind mult sub impresia foto 2. la solicitarea unui late checkout am fost refuzat in mod gratuit (in BG folosesc des facilitatea, in weekend). 3 warning: mare diferenta intre camerele cu panorama si cele spre dosul cladirii.

Best location, good value for money, great stuff

Mi-a palcut amplasarea care iti ofera o panorama a orasului daca esti cazat la etajele superioare. De asemenea, mi-a placut sauna din apartament.

Nu mi-a placut gradul de curatenie a camerei si nici design-ul acesteia.
