Hotel Premier  

One of the best service I've met during my Bulgaria trip, very quiet room, nice view from my balcony.

Everything was pretty OK, would recommend.

1. The apartment was very spacious, having a large room, a large enough bathroom and a well maintained sauna. 2. The view is good and the facilities are numerous: jacuzzi, sauna, pool, make-up, massage.

1. The breakfast was poor in choices and in quality of the products for a 4-stars hotel. The services were also limited, in that you would have to ask for plates or cups, because they were not replaced after being taken by other guests. 2. Hotel guests have to pay for pool and jacuzzi access, even though the accomodation price is high enough.

The room was well laid out and clean. The hotel has good parking and is very close to the town centre.

The staff were efficient, but completely charmless, watching as I struggled in and out of the lift with heavy luggage. There was no choice for breakfast - just a plate of cheese, ham and some bread.& yoghurt, none of which I wanted, so it may well have been wasted. I would have preferred to choose something to toast or some cereal, with some fruit juice. .

Love the kitchen! Couldn't comment a restorant as far as we have always asked for food upstairs (were with a little kid). Stunning view from balcony & windows. Absolutely best location (to compare with two other 4**** hotels from our point of view).

Water in swimming pool was 22.5 degrees all the time. However, no one was using it because of that besides ourself - no crowd ever :). & Hotel elevator is far too small.

I is a great location with a fantastic view. The room was clean and comfortable. The wait staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good and I would recommend it and would stay there again.

Location is very convenient. Nice pool in the adjacent building of the hotel.

Hotel needs refurbishment. It is obvious, when you look at the elevator, carpets, or when you feel that specific "old" smell in the rooms.

In my opinion and I`m sure that it`s not only mine Hotel Premier is a wonderful place, situated in this magnificent town !

Personalul a fost deosebit de amabil, cina excelenta, micul dejun nici mai bun nici mai rau decat in alte hoteluri din Bulgaria. Camera necesita renovare, in special mocheta si peretii, baia de asemenea. Sauna si peisajul vazut din jacuzzi sunt minunate pentru un weekend romantic. Recomand hotelul fara retinere celor care doresc sa exploreze Veliko Tirnovo.

Ontbijt was zeer matig !!! kamer was in de toren waardoor we de laatste etage moesten lopen.
