amplasarea foarte aproape de centru

micul dejun foarte prost, frig peste noapte, camerele nu exceleaza, piscina exterioara era in renovare

Mi-a (ne-a) placut amplasarea, stilul arhitectonic, facilitatea cu sauna in apartament, mancarea de la micul dejun variata, indestulatoare, proaspata, posibilitatea servirii unei cine romantice langa chemineu, amabilitatea personalului

Faptul ca nu au si piscina acoperita. Lipsa unei sali cu oportunitati pentru petrecerea timpului gen biliard, tenis de masa.

sauna, conexiunea la internet foarte buna.

piscina nu era primitoare, apa nu era incalzita. micul dejun mult prea sarac.

Free secure parking in the hotel garage was great. The hotel is close to all main attractions. The view from our room was great, I must say. Wi-fi connection was super fast.

The staff was'nt very perfessional, and didn't seem to know how to arrange the morning breakfast. The breakfast wasn't much but sufficient. Coffee and tea were served cold. The carpet in our room was very dirty and just wored out. In our opionion it's not at all a four star hotel at all. I would give it a good 2 1/2 star and 3 stars at most when the pool and the rest of commodities are in order.

For us it was location right in the centre not far to walk to restaurants and shops

Car parking facilities very poor and the water bed was very unusua,l breakfast was bulgarian not the best for English visitors we ended up eating else where

The rooms where very small, not very clean. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls and everything in the bathroom was rusty. There was allot of noise, because the walls are too thin. This is not a 4 stars hotel, it's 2 stars at most.

Room was large and had a private sauna and sitting area.

Not what I would consider 4 stars - pricey for the quality. Seemed a bit seedy, more for romantic rendezvous than for tourists, families (waterbeds, jacuzzis, private saunas). Indoor pool was very small.

Excellent location They have their own parking facility which is very helpful in this city with scarcity of parking places

Breakfast was extremely poor, cold eggs, no ham, no milk, no pastry and a lot of other none Dinner was also poor in the first evening and we didn’t have the possibility to cancel it for the second one. It would be better if you’ll not opt for dinner reservation. Night was a nightmare. Heating was noisy and without possibility to control it. Pillows were very firm and thick, killing our necks after two nights there. Generally the entire hotel – the lobby, the restaurant, the tiny elevator, the rooms and the general atmosphere – didn’t give us the feeling we are staying in a fair four star hotel.

Location, great view from the 4th floor, services like spa, massage, indoor parking.

Not so clean for 4 stars, prices are for 4 stars, in fact the standars are for 3 stars. I was force to choose this hotel because it was the last room in Veliko available in 4 stars only. Price should be changed according with 3 stars. I asked for double room, I receive twin with the beds closed one to the other. Very old blanket. Rusty taps, old towels. Burned and dirty carpet in non smoker room, poor breakfast with the cheapest tea.

Spa facilities were not available. Neighborhood is ok, not that accessible to handicapped people. We were ok.

The hotel was superb, very friendly staff, the rooms are very comfy and the staff are kind and nothing is too much trouble.

There is a considerably ample parking facility (closed building) for parking a car. This is not to be underestimated as finding a place to park centrally in Veliko Turnovo can be quite difficult. Rooms are large wth goods views of the valley and there are many different kinds of services, however small in magnitude.

Although there are many different services, the overall impression is that this hotel does not deserve the four star rating, as the place leaves the impression that it is fallling apart, and in desperate need of a "shining up" and modernisation. Definitely not 4 stars when compared to other places in the world that we have travelled. A two, max 3, stars would be more appropriate for this hotel.

A little bit pricey for BG but the staff were friendly. They have a very nice Sauna/ Steam Bath/ Pool in the basement, Although they charge extra. All in All not bad

We've stayed just one night because we were just passing the city. The room was clean and nice. The breakfast good. But best of all was the nice staff and the great roof-pool! We loved it! We got a nice view over the city when we were relaxing at the pool! Good parking area close to the hotel.

Someone had smoked in on of the rooms - unfortunatly.

Good cool room in hot summer with good breakfast. Good with pool to enjoy sun and short swim.

Понравилось только расположение отеля и бесплатная парковка.

Конечно, не надейтесь, что это европейская 4-ка, совершенно не соответствует. У нас были аппартаменты с сауной - просторные, но странные, мебель, мягко говоря, не новая. Мы попросили заявленные халаты, лучше бы этого не делали - этим халатам, судя по всему, было лет сто. Крытым бассейном воспользоваться не удалось - его не подогревают и вода для купания холодная. Завтраки очень посредственные

tapetite mnogo stari ,muketa sashto zanemaren,mirisheshe losho,hranata ujasna,produktite prosto ne se iadat

Здравейте,на дата 08.03.2013г.направих резервация в този хотел защото нямаше места в х."Янтра"-и от тук започнаха проблемите ми. При влизането ми на рецепцията бях уведомен,че ресторанта на хотела е няколкото маси до нея-???. Кой нормален човек според ВАС ще седне със дамата си на Осми март до рецепциониста???-няма такъв. Как ще ми сравните условията в х."Янтра" със тези-не можете. В 20:00ч.къде да търся място където да прекарам този хубав празник. Провалихте нещо което се надявах да бъде хубаво. На всичко отгоре два пъти ми сменяха стаята/в която не влязох въобще/-302-301. Но си платих-125.60лв.-за нищо!!! Давам ВИ пример със х."Регал" в Синая Румъния-кое е по добро в х."Премиер"-условия,цени-??? Желая да ми отговорите как ще ме компенсирате за този ваш провал. Приятен ден.
