A nice family hotel – excellent value for money. Polite and helpful hosts, comfortable rooms – warm and clean. Good breakfast selection and also rich delicious dinner for only 10 euro. For sure I will visit Ski Villa Bizeff again.

Friendly owner for whom nothing was too much trouble. It makes such a nice change to be treated as an individual. The rooms were clean and well equipped. Free wifi worked well. Fantastic value for money.

Boris the owner was very helpful with taking us or organising any trips we wanted and could'nt manage on public transport for a very reasonable cost, saving us a lot of money on taxi'S. The beds were very comfortable and a very filling but cold cooked breakfast was served every morning. We picked this hotel for it's close proximity to the train and bus station and it was very convenient for this. Although we booked two Double/Twin rooms, on arrival because we were staying for 16 nts and had asked for as few stairs as possible, Boris allowed us the use of a suite with double bedroom, lounge area and shower room plus family room consisting of two double/twin bedrooms and shower room all connected, this was very thoughtful of him.

Unfortunately there is no safe at this hotel despite clearly stating there is, this was a major problem for us and would not have booked here had we known. It also states a mini bar in rooms again this is not true, hence nowhere to chill even a bottle of water. Rooms are very very basic with not even a bedside lamp. But most importantly, hygiene needs to be a lot better, although the rooms looked clean when we arrived, during the 16 nts we stayed the rooms or bathrooms were not cleaned, we had to ask for clean towels and linen change as it was well into the second week and no sign of clean ones. We even had to provide our own toilet roll and empty the bins as they were just left. Remembering this is supposed to be a 3 star hotel not self catering accommodation.

We had a warmest welcome you can expect in this hotel. Thanks to Boris we had nothing to worry about: he showed us everything we needed in town (cheapest supermarket, good and cheap restaurants) and even talked to his friend to organize storage for our snowboards not far from lift, which was very convinient for us and nice of him. A view from a window in our suit (Maisonette) was gorgeous — we woke up with sunrise hitting Pirin mountains. The smell of burning wood in the fireplace makes this hotel very comfy, totally staying here next time we are in Bansko!

Wifi is unstable sometimes, should be improved.

Boris, owner of the hotel was very friendly, polite and his recommendations were great.
