If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
One child under 14 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.
One further child under 14 years is charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
All further older children or adults are charged 35 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

There are 3 pools for children and a children's sector at the indoor pool as well as water slides. A special buffet is served from 17:30 to 18:00. Have fun with your little ones at the Kids’ disco 6 times per week.
Due to the steps and hilly surroundings the hotel is not recommended for less mobile people.
Snacks and ice cream are served from 11:00 to 16:00 at the pool bars. Coffee, tea and cakes from 14:30 to 17:00 at the lobby bars; Bulgarian alcoholic and soft drinks from 11:00-23:00.
