Benefiting from a central location in the heart of Burgas, Hotel Bulgaria has nice accommodations with magnificent views of the Gulf of Burgas or the center of the city.
Score from 127 reviews Good
Right next to Burgas’ Sea Garden Casino, Hotel Gran Via offers rooms with a balcony overlooking the Garden Park. The cafe-bar has a nice terrace and the beach is 300 ft away.

Big spacious room.
Very poor/dark lights in the room.
Room size absolutely fantastic, super, comfortable king size bed. Restaurant excellent, great choice of buffet breakfast and superb evening meals. We liked the idea that the lift would only operate by using your room key, very secure. Lovely grounds. Having been informed that this was only a standard room we were really shocked. Would have loved to see what the deluxe rooms were like as we couldn't fault ours. Please see what we didn't like.
No tea or coffee making equipment in room when I queried this I was informed that this was only available in deluxe rooms and we only had a standard room. Our room was so good next time I will take my travel kettle there cannot be a good reason to pay for a deluxe room when the standard rooms are so good
The hotel located between the Burgas city center and the beach. The pool and sauna was very good.
The only one negative comment - in the corridors of the holel always smoky.
Cleanliness View Good food
Low simplicity in the room Very Noisy from outside Bad aircondition
Superb location, clean and comfortable rooms, nice spa facilties, friendly and helpful staff. Multifarious breakfast buffet
Free WiFi is available only at lobby and not available in rooms, which is not too good for 5 star hotel.
If you have paid for BB i expect that this is the fact but i had to pay for the coffee extra and this in off season
Friendly staff Value for money Pool and spa
Occasionally noisy events until 2am
The spa was amazing and the hotel was great for relaxing.
Sleeping quality, rooms, facilities, garden, personel and breakfast are exellent.
Small stigy behavour. Extra espresso charge at breakfast. Extra charge parking lot fee to customers. Very loudy morning shift at rooms corridors,wakin-up earlier than you planned.
This hotel has a great location the building is very impressive very clearly a five star hotel. We were in a suite A13 which was excellent although no view of the pool/beach. Bar staff and bellboy very nice helpful and nice
Reception staff very rude almost confrontational booked a late check out upon arrival which was confirmed with the manager however the following day told to leave room by reception staff member who was rude and had no communication skills insufficient robes in the room no milk/creamer in room two calls to reception to obtain some. Spar staff appeared disinterested and almost inconvenienced by questions about towels and changing rooms addition charge for gym use. Another guest also British checked out after one night although booked for more than a week At check out I was told that the card machine was not working I was told to get cash from hotel ATM however when I refused the card machine suddenly began working I was with my wife on this stay and will not stay here again because of extremely rude staff. Who create a very poor impression of this hotel
The Primoretz is a large and imposing complex with the potential of large hotels to be impersonal and cold but this is not the case. The staff make you feel very welcome. They are interested in you and go out of their way to assist which is the difference between a good hotel and an excellent hotel. The Primoretz has it all...magnificent pool, wonderful breakfast and all amenities you could want
Rooms lovely, bedlinen gorgeous. Very clean and cleaned daily. Amazing buffet breakfast.Free towels and nice loungers at poolside.quiet. easy access to the beach and town.Free parking onsite.
had to pay for wifi! reception staff not always helpful.
Hotel was beautiful and lovely location. Staffs at the resturent were friendly
The staff at reception were so rude and constantly reminded us about our check out time! We were told about 12 times. There was no thank you or manners what so ever on arrival or check out. Breakfast was rubbish there was tined fruit been served and the breakfast it's not even 3star standard .if I rate this hotel I will rate it for 2star
Condition of hotel was great, facilities were also great as was spa
Service was often slow....Piano Bar staff downstairs were the worst we have ever come across. Neptun staff were also pretty rude.
Location, comfort, overall standing of the room and all the common facilities (with a very special mention to the extraordinary outdoor pool area, and the spa with steam baths), services and politeness and professionalism of the staff.
They were out of Schweppes for three days :-)
The hotel itself was very comfortable and clean and was in a perfect position for the beach. The swimming pool area was excellent with a well stocked supply of sun beds. The food was very good and the drinks were not too expensive.
I felt the attitude and service from the staff could have been much better a certainly was not 5 star standard. we often felt that they were doing us a favour rather than giving us a genuine service. In the restaurant it took a long time for dirty plates to be removed from our tables even though the restaurant was not full at the time. Certainly the service and attitude has to improve at this hotel.
Great location, very nice pool area, very clean overall, great variety at breakfast, nice fitness center
Paid wifi, very expensive restaurant considering, 1BR apartment should have a door between BR and LR area, arrange services with local providers (e.g. tennis) so one doesn't have to fend for themselves in a 5-star hotel
Hotel was beautiful, rooms were large and comfortable. The bathroom was huge, with a separate shower and deep soaker tub. Breakfast was an extensive buffet, and the beach is a 3 minute walk from the back of the hotel.
We liked our stay at hotel primoretz. It's a not very big but luxurious hotel with perfect location and facilities. I think it's more a business hotel and not so children friendly which in fact( staying without the kids) I liked;
It's a bit expensive and the parking is not included in the price
Everything was excellent and staff was professional and attentive. Great location and a fantastic place to have anything from a short spa break to a family holiday
Internet charge to use connection in the rooms
+ location + breakfast + staff/service + bed
- wedding receptions in the hotel are a bit annoying as some areas get closed for the quests - Wardrobe is small, no shelves But these are really knocks)))
