Primoretz Grand Hotel & SPA    

Best price & quality ratio ever met in 5 stars hotels in Europe. Probably because of cheap labor expenses still you can enjoy service corresponding to a high level hotel on a reasonable value. At the hotel works modest and professional staff, there are excellent facilities the location; kitchen and security are very good. We give 10 of 10.

The moment we arrived staff greeted us very politely. The rooms are big and clean. Bathrooms have both shower cabin and a bathtub, so it is spacious. There's a TV in the room, and a balcony. Seaview costs additional 11euros per day. Parking garage was for free. The pool is amazing, you get free towels too. The beach is 20 m from the hotel. SPA is also nice, prices are ok (if you go to the SPA reception you will get to see more offer and prices than what's in the flyer in the room). Pool, jacuzzi and fitness are included. Breakfast was excellent (continental).

No free wi-fi in the room. Only in the lobby. Rooms could smell better (it smelled as this room hasn't been used for a long time)

Very exclusive hotel indeed. Spacious and clean rooms equipped with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Huge bathroom. Good breakfast. Excellent staff.

Free Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby. If you want to use internet in your room, you need to pay extra for it.

The hotel has a good location near the city and the sea garden. It has a luxury look and a impressive inside. Thats it!

I usually dont write reviews, but this time I need to tell my experience! From the moment we arrived to the end of our stay, we got 100% bad service. I payed over 1000€ for 6 nights for a junior suite, so i had high expectations for Primoretz. I have never been so disapointed! During my stay, i got only one smile!! The staff in this hotel is just bad! No organisation, no service, no smile... They just make you feel bad. The breakfast is of a 2 star quality! I was shocked! I think ive never seen so poor breakfast buffet anyware. Its full of frozen, cheep and tastless products. And the waiters are so bad. In a country like Bulgaria, with so good food, it shoul be easy to serve better food than this! I heard a lot of positive words about the SPA, so again i had high expectations... And it really looks nice down there! But no service, totally not organized, and bad systems. As a guest its really confuzing, where to go and who to talk with. The reseption is in a different floor, so you have to guess where to go. I used the SPA over two days, and both days i had the same bad experience. The staff just dont care. And if you consider to take pedicur or manicure... STAY AWAY! The most rude woman during the whole stay! Terrible! She also used 20% of my pedicure to talk in the phone and with other guest in the saloon. My girlfriend thought she was so rude.. She ended up in an discussion about changing from pedicure to manicure. After this she cancelled both the pedicure and a facial! The room was really big, maybe 60sqm. But it looked almost empty. Old futniture and a ugly wall to wall carpet on the floor. The bathroom was nice and modern. The cleaning service was terrible. No changing of our bed sheets during the stay. Bad cleaning, the toilet was smelling urine!! Not one day they took away empty bottles or fixed a little bit. They just didnt care. Seems like they used 5 min pr room. The conclusion: Dont come to Primoretz next time you stay in Burgas. Its not worth...

We liked this hotel, good location, good swiming pool and spa termal area. We would stay here again. The discount on our rooms was very nice, as we booked the hotel a day before arrival.

The breakfast is more like of 3-star hotel - very simple, the breakfast hall is small and croudy. The juice did not have a taste of natural fruit and was clearly made of powder. We arrived later than check-in time, but our rooms were not ready and we waited around half an hour in a hall, although we were told we would wait for 2 minutes.

Overall, a good experience. The guest rooms are spacious, well appointed and well serviced. The public rooms are pleasant and spotless and the restaurant offered some very good choices.

It is the hotel's policy that all guests who book their stay through booking.com must pay the full accommodation charge in advance on arrival! This was not stated in any communications I received prior to my stay. The standard or service was patchy, to put it mildly. In general, the standard of service in Bulgarian hotels seems to be poor but here we actually encountered downright rudeness from some, but by no means all of the staff.

This is our second stay and we took the family to celebrate a family birthday.Everyone was happy with quality of hotel and good food.We had our toddler grandson and the staff were super with him.Will defintely be back.

New hotel, very nice (large) indoor and outdoor pools, good quality materials used for interiors, excellent clime control.

For a 5 star "SPA" hotel the facilities are very poor: one steam bath (not working 3 days from 4!), one modest sauna (with same problems), a tasteless aromatherapy room and a pathetic jacuzzi (not entirely working!). Average breakfast but awful "natural" juices and bad coffe! The outdoor pool should work till 20:00 but starting with 18:30 the employers start to clean the area, colect the matress etc. The indoor one has extremely old towels. One day the room was not done till 13:30 and the receptionist was very agresive to argue this is normal (for a 5 star hotel?!!). Just a 8 for this hotel!

I arrived here on Friday 24th August and were here until 25th August. I arrived very early and I knew check-in wasn't until 13pm. However, the lady on reception gave us a complimentary breakfast whilst waiting and told the cleaners to make our room a priority. Our room was then ready by 08.30 which was brilliant! The room is very clean and tidy. I was in a deluxe double room and it is very spacious and really big. The bathroom and shower is great. The cleaners are great. I received room service once and it was quick and prompt. The pool area is fantastic. The pool itself is cooled down which is perfect for this heat - 25/27 degrees . Large area for swimming including a separate pool for jacuzzi and a separate kids pool. There is also a beach area which is great although the water is very warm at this time of year. The choice of food and restaurants here are perfect. The Salini restaurant offers breakfast , lunch and dinner. the breakfast is the best buffet I have ever been to! The dinner is as good as breakfast and again great options of variety from Greece, Bulgarian, Italian and French amongst many many others - Sushi ! The best thing about this hotel are the staff. They are so friendly and helpful which makes such a difference. Every single member of staff will greet you and staff in the restaurants are outstanding providing great service all the time. Overall, I can only recommend this hotel for all and I will definitely be returning here. The location is unique - on the beach , within the sea garden, but not exactly close to the center . However, if you don't mind a 5 minute walk, you can easily get to the city center of Burgas and find a great shopping opportunity.

Rooms were wonderful, spa wonderful, Staff friendly. Amazingly low prices compared to Europe.

Dead trees at the pool, no pro-activity from the service staff. Beach was filthy.

I like the facilities and the staff. I believe it is the best hotel in bourgas. I would stay only at this hotel again when I return back to Bourgas.

The staff could have been a little more friendlier. In general they were but I felt they were shy.

The manageress at the front desk was extremely helpful and professional. The hotels location is at the top of the seaside park which stretches throughout the length of the town and is very convenient for restaurants and beach. Rooms are very good size, especially for families. The pool facilities are also very good.

Some of the staff were not appearing very friendly in the mornings.

Hotel is way overpriced for the quality of services provided, on top there are extra charges on the spot for car parking, Internet, etc. which are not communicated at the time of booking. During my stay there was a very lound music festival taking place during all 3 nights I stayed there. The hotel did not make any discount for the inconvenience caused but only sent a warning e-mail after I made the booking.

All was very good. You get good value for money. Proper rooms. Nice swimming pool. Good location, near the beach. Very friendly staff. Would surely stay again.

Wifi in the lobby is free, but in the rooms it isn't.

The clean rooms and the air conditioning facilities, the kindness of personal especially from the reception, good parking place in the front of hotel (15 levas per day), excellent breakfast, the wonderful pool, in a word this is a luxury spa hotel. I highly recommend. We will return here next year.

A solid guy yelled at me and my daughter saying the jacuzzi facilities from SPA is out of work in that day. A part of personal could be more tempered when he talk with guests, especially with a little girl. Not all of SPA facilities are free of charge, please be carefully. I didn't know the water massage is 15 levas. The fitness center is not free of charge too, 15 levas in saturday and sunday and 10 levas in the rest of the days.

Very reasonable price (when converting from cad to lev)

I liked everything about this hotel. A perfect place to relax for your vacation.
