Very nice rooms, large and confortable friendy staff, always smiling and ready to assist you, shuttle bus to ski slopes and return with a flexible schedule

Radina's Way is a new hotel,situated in a pine forest,very cosy.The staff is very friendly.Rooms are spacious,very well heated.Restaurant is wonderful.It's 2km away from the center of Borovets which gives a chance to get away from the crowd.There is a shuttle to the center and the ski facilities.

Pools were nice. Location is ok.

Elevator is so slow its useless. Staff were inexperienced, had to chase housekeeping for clean towels. Table clothes in the restaurant were stained, pretty disgusting.

Very modern hotel tucked in a quiet location near the old centre of Borovets. Nicely furnished and spacious rooms offering all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi connection in all areas. Large LCD TV with a variety of channels. The food in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Radina's Way to anyone visiting Borovets.

The hotel is quite far from the ski cable cars.

Everything was perfect, no complaints whatsoever, only compliments.

The staff, ladies at the reception were very friendly, helpful, and always with smile. Very good atmosphere, we had a really good stay there.

Radina's Way Hotel was quiet when I was there. The staff was warm, friendly and welcoming, the food delicious, and setting lovely. We would most definitely return! Can't say enough positive about the staff! They were awesome! Thanks so much for a fantastic stay!

An excellent hotel in the calm location, surrounded with pine forest, not far away from the center of Borovets. Hotel is perfectly clean. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Everything was perfect

The people working at the hotel are amiable and willing to make your stay a moment of magic. Very good cuisine. Comfortable rooms. The nature around is doing all the rest you need.

Very clean hotel, good spa, great value for money. It's an excellent choice for a family vacation. The staff was very friendly, especially Vecelka in the front desk!!!!

вечерята на блок масата не включваше напитки, които трябваше да се поръчват и заплащат отделно.

κρύα δωμάτια κατα την αφιξη.Το σύστημα κλιματισμου θορυβώδες μέχρι να φθάσει την ζητούμενη θερμοκρασία. απαιτείτε προθερμαση εφ όσον γίνει η αφιξη.

Very good hotel!

изключително съм доволна от обслужването на персонала на всички нива - рецепция, ресторант, камериерки и spa център. храната в ресторанта не залага на големите порции, а на изключителен вкус. това би могло, да не се хареса на хората, които искат просто да напълнят коремчето, но за нас беше ок. стаите са просторни и оборудвани с удобен гардероб и мебели, които да могат да поберат цялата зимна екипировка (ски екипи, ботуши, шалове, шапки, пуловери и т.н). като цяло, почивката ни протече гладко и без никакви забележки към хотела. горещо го препоръчвам на всички пожелали, да се отдадат на пълноценна почивка на боровец.

играчките в детския кът, бяха изпочупени и в ограничено количество. предложението ми към хотела е, да сложат в детския камера, която в реално време да излъчва на екран в бара или в ресторанта или по вътрешната тв. така родителите биха били много по-спокойни и няма да им се налага да отскачат до там на всеки 5 мин.

Хотелът е нов и спокоен. Харесаха ми обслужването, комфорта, топлината и камината в лобито :о)

Не отдавам голямо значение на нещата, които не ми харесаха, но смятам да ги спомена. В нашите стаи нямаше закачалка (освен тези, които са в гардероба) и не беше удобно да оставяме обикновено мокрите ски екипи. Отдалечеността от центъра на курорта също създаваше лек дискомфорт.

Страхотен хотел с отличен персонал, добър ресторант и СПА. Стаите са оборудвани с всичко необходимо. Останахме супер доволни!

СПА центърът е в отлично състояние. Персоналът е изключително любезен и приятелски настроен. Обслужването е на европейско ниво, рядко се среща подобно в България. Местоположението е много удобно. Стаите са уютни и добре отоплени дори в началото на сезона. Храната в ресторанта е на ниво.
