Radisson Blu Grand Hotel

I love the hotel' location, which was main reason to book Raddison. The room was clean and bathroom was big.

For a 5 star hotel, there were many missing things, like bathrooom robe, slippers, higene sets. Only shower, shower gel & soap were available in the bathroom. Also, I have asked for baby cot but got an extra adult bed instead, which was not safe enough to leave a small baby to sleep on. The hotel staff (receptionists) were not very polite, nor welcoming on check-in. Overall, I am sad to say that I didnt see the expected value for money.

The Raddisson is in a fantastic location of sight seeing. Everywhere seemed to be within walking distance. Even the bus stop for the Big red bus city tour was just down the road. Our room was a good size and we had an extra bed put in which was great. The staff were very helpfull.

La atencion del personal de recepcion, su ubicación, sus amplias habitaciones, es de un 10!el Flanagans se convierte en un poqueño refugio al final del día donde uno se siente bien atendido.Altametne recomendable para estancias cortas y por negocios en la ciudad.Personalmente recominedo a viajeros noveles al aeropuerto de sofia que contraten en servicio de recogida del Hotel (15 Euros) .El wi-fi funciona

Por decir algo, el aire acondicionado era dificil de regular, optamos por apagar. Pero todo ok

Atención de todo el personal desde la llegada hasta la salida. Interés por satisfacer al cliente y cibrir sus necesidades. Incluso nos prepararon al abandonar el hotel, al ser antes del desayudo, una bolsa picnic muy buena.

Nada en particular. Me hubiera gustado que alguien hablara lago de español, pero por lo demás bien.
