Rainbow Aparthotel  

The room/studio given to us was perfect, nice and specious. We stayed at Rainbow 1 and the pool there was ok size but was the sunniest till late compare to all the rest. The hotel is at a great location and walk-able distance to both Sunny Beach and Nessebar. Also all big clubs are 5 mins away, which makes it even better when going out. I have stayed in Rainbow 4 years ago and will do so again in the future. ***Big Thank You to the Supervisor (Manager) of the Hotel, unfortunately I don’t know her name, but she did a fantastic job!

Our room was not cleaned the first 3 days. When we checked in, no one told us that we were suppose to leave our key so that the cleaning lady would know when to enter. That to me does not make any sense as I’ve been around the world and that has never been the case before. After several complains, the supervisor took charge and minutes later the sheets on our bed were finally the right size, the towels were changed, the floor was clean and a sponge with dish soap was left at the sink. It is puzzling to me, that the room is a studio with a functioning kitchen but there were no dishes, or anything to cook with if you wanted to. There were 3 mismatched glasses and 1 mug, probably left by mistake. ***One advice to all the staff is to go through Customer Service training and to learn first to listen, then think and respond politely. When a customer complains they are not blaming anyone, they are just looking for solution. I also work in the Hospitality Industry and it is sad to see that the employees are lacking on Customer Service Training where there is so much potential.

Piscina hotelului

1.Asternuturile nu au fost schimbate si nu erau curate; 2.Micul dejun a fost acelasi in fiecare dimineata si nu este bufet; 3.Curatenia lasa de dorit; 4.La baie curgea apa si cadea usa de la cabina de dus; mentionez ca aveau boilere ca pe vremuri si trebuia sa stai sa astepti sa ti se incalzeasca apa; 4.Clar nu poate fi incadrat in categoria de 3 stele

Nieduży ale dobrze rozplanowany pokój z aneksem kuchennym, zaopatrzonym w podstawowe wyposażenie. Duży taras na 6 piętrze, oferował widok ponad dachami innych hoteli, na Morze Czarne. Bardzo fajny basen z dobrą ekspozycją. Generalnie, value for money.

Obsługa hotelu czasem sprawiała wrażenie, jakby klient był dla nich złem koniecznym. To jednak taki bułgarski "standard", więc trzeba się na to nastawić.

Apropierea de plaja.

Intrarea si primirea meschine. Baia mica si inghesuita. Lipsa covoarelor si pardoseala ieftina.

Piscina curata si locul de joaca pentru copii.

Lenjeriile nu erau schimbate si nici curatenie in camera, nici macar aerisita, mirosind a fum de tigara.

Everything was perfect. The breakfast is continental and various, the cacao beach is 5 minutes far, shopping opportunity in 2 minutes, perfect pools, nice bar.. Rooms are air conditioned and nice.
