The room was big, clean and comfortable, staff was frendly, excellent hotel location with stunning view over Tsarevets

The plastic floor of the shower cabin was broken. Staff tried to hide and covered this up by placing a bath mat on top of the hole. As I stepped onto the mat my leg fell in the hole scratching my foot. Not acceptible as this was in the deluxe studio- studio A

The Hotel restaurant had a fantastic view over the countryside and the hilltop fortress of Tsarevets. It was within easy walking distance of the fortress and old town centre so you didn't have to use the car..Veliko Turnovo is an amazing town and well worth a visit.

It was noisy during the rush hour period but did quieten off later.

- dinner is absolutely excellent for the money, so book with half-board; - location is good, with view to the Tsaravets; - the restaurant is great, with a great view and very good prices; - the value for money is good when booked with dinner.

- one of the waitress was great, and very friendly, but the other one (skinny one) even took the plate from the table at breakfast although it was only 10:05 (they are open until 10:30); - the floors are made from fir (pine), that doesn't look very good. Functionally ok, but I personally don't like the look of it; - breakfast is a joke (half an egg, two slices of greasy ham and some cheese); - the "flat screen TV" is the size of an iPad (and I'm not exagerating). Extremelly small, I haven't seen ever one this small; - the city isn't extremely pleasant or beautiful, and we didn't felt very safe wondering on the streets at night (although nothing bad happened to us).

The hotel offers Half Board service (breakfast + dinner). Location and view are great. The good value for money allows for a longer stay.

The shower booth had a hole which was a bit unpleasant but it was nothing major.

Location, meal timings - suited what we where there to do, food whilst basic and limited menu was well prepared and gave you the opportunity to try something different and the views.

Parking a bit hit and miss dependant on the time of day wether you got a space or not.

The rooms with castle view have the window to a street with intense car traffic so it is quite noisy. Some improvement and repairs could be made to the rooms (change of bathtub, paint the walls)

Excellent team, very pleasant relationship, very clean, perfectly situated, probably the best in Veliko Tarnovo.

The hotel is excellently positioned towards to the castle Tsarevets and has a modern architecture and a dedicated personnel to the customers.

The parking places can be improved in terms of their arranging.

Very good conditions. 5 miunutes walk to center of the city an to the citadelle. Wonderfull restaurant. Wonderful dinner.

Poor breakfast and a bit noisy - it is situated near a circulated road.

The friendly and helpful staff and we managed to communicate well despite the language barrier. The generous half-board meals giving a flavour of Bulgaria. Good views from room and excellent panoramic views from the restaurant. Good value for money!

Milk with tea and coffee was not automatic but there was a fridge in the room and shops nearby. Wi-fi kept switching off but we managed. No Hotel facility for printing.

The shower was broken and we must change the room at 10PM, but we receive an apartment instead of a standard room.

The restaurant (it really has a nice view), the owners were very nice, the room concept and decorations. The food was ok, considering that the room price included half-board, but nothing out of the ordinary.

The payment is to be made in advance, when you arrive, even before you are offered to see the room. This is not ok ! We especially had a problem with the noisy bulgarians next door, we even left a day earlier than planned (and payed), but this is not necessarily the hotel's fault. The hotel does not have central heating, so during winter it relies only on the a/c unit, which is rather noisy at night, and not that comfortable. The shower tub was heavily cracked, which caused water to leak all over the bathroom floor. Although it was quite clean, the sheets weren't very fresh and appealing, and one of the pillowcases has clearly been used before (it was visibly wrinkled). Overall it is a good value-for money hotel, but next time I wouldn't go there again.

Position was very good, close to main atractions, and not far from city center. Friendly staff. Nice parking area near the hotel. Restaurant has a very nice view over the valley and surroundings. Very good value for money.

Wi-Fi very poor, although our room was on 1st floor. In the morning we were a bit earlier at the restaurant before our friends, and the waitress bring all the food to the table, for 4 people including omlets, and was impossible to explain her that 2 people will come later, as she doesn't understand any english or french, so our friends eat their omlet a little bit cold.

The position of the hotel.

Wasn't given a choice for breakfast. Some food was like it was prepared the week before and very salty and the hotel would not accept card payments and we had to search the town for an ATM so we could pay in cash and we were pushed to leave at the check out time even though we did leave at the right check out time.

Cosy & clean rooms. Very nice view on the fortress. Matresses and pillow also clean, but a little old.matresses soft, kind of unconfortable. Bathroom clean, but also old, the shower tray licked at every use, so you have a lot of water on the bathroom floor. Lucky, there is a sink there! No windows in the bathroom. Heating is not provided by clasic radiator, but some nosy devices. We arrived at two oclock in the afternoon and it took about four houres for the room to get warm enough to sleep well, outside were around minus one celsius. Might be a good idea to contact the hotel and ask to heat the room before you arrive, especialy during the winter nights. Wifi provided, but weak network. You got only two lines in the bathroom! Full network in the loby. We choose bed, breakfast and dinner included in price. Breakfast is not an open buffet, you have to choose from four options: vegetarian, clasic and another two. They are served in a nice restaurant, overlooking the fortress, decent prices. Dinner is somehow the same, you can choose from some dishes. But food is very delicios, fresh and so tasty. The hotel is situated in the old city, you can explore it by foot, Parking is a little dificult, streets are so narrow. The hotel has a small parking near by, but it is a public free of charge one, full in most ot the days. Worth every penny!

Un hotel de familie cu preturi rezonabile la care primiti micul dejun si cina. Se poate parca masina linga hotel. Locatia este foarte aproape de castel. Am avut noroc deoarece am fost cazati intr-un apartament desi am platit pentru o camera dubla.

Singurul lucru negativ este traficul auto din fata hotelului, dar nu este foarte deranjant.
