Le calme,, la tranquilité la disponibilité du personnel, la propreté.

Trop éloigné de la plage, pour trouver une plage propre ,il faut faire environ un kilomètre, il existe bien une plage à 500 mètres , mais c' est une plage poubelle .attention l'hotel est très excentré du centre ville.le petit déjeuner est très moyen pour nous français,un seul expresso, pas de jus d'orange pas de ,viennoiserie,impossible d'avoir un second café,sinon il faut payer ,meme le supplément de confiture est payant;

le personnel est sympa, plage très sympa à 10 mn de marche de l hotel, emplacement calme un peu en retrait de l agitation de Sunny Beach, belle piscine avec vue sur la mer et sur Nessebar au loin

l'accès n'est pas évident et les abords immédiats de l hotel ne sont pas terminés. pas de petit dejeuner buffet. Globalement, c'est une très bonne adresse

Clean rooms, nice decorations , is not located in a crowded area, but close enough to beach and attractions ,15 minutes walk to closest beach, 15-30 min walk to main Sunny Beach area, 2 hrs walk to Nesebar , nice and clean outdoor pool

The restaurant is good and the prices are not high at all. The pool it is clean and nice too. Breakfast is indeed a little poor... You have some options but don’t rely on it nor the hotel’s restaur

The accomodation is great value for money. The hotel is new with stilish and clean rooms. Nicer than any 4 star hotel I have seen in Sunny Beach. Very good facilities for a 3 star hotel. The staff was friendly and we could undertsand each other even if their english was not perfect. The area is quiet so we had no trouble sleepig at night. The sea water was really clear and warm. Loved our stay here.

The hotel is situated on a hill between Sunny Beach and St Vlas. The area is still under construction and not pampered yet. Not the typical sea resort landscape some would expect. There is no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom, just some soap. The closest beach is within a 10 minutes walk - it is not the best beach there but it has the advantage of not being crowded. We felt pretty good there. If you have a car the best beach would be in St Vlas, not in Sunny Beach.

- The signs to get there are not clear enough, while driving on Bd. Nessebar from Sunny Beach to St. Vlas look for a large "Relax" sign on top of the hotel up on the hill, then take the first left right after it - nearby is a construction area, the new building in front of the hotel might slightly obstruct view to the sea when done - the bar at 5th floor has a nice view to the bay but was closed all the time - wifi internet covers only front desk area and a bit of the restaurant, while rooms have only wired connectivity (cables available at front desk) which is useless for modern tablets/smartphones

Small breakfast. Bad location, to far from the towncentre. Also to far from the nice sunny beach. The nearest beach is 10min. Walk, but you won't want to go because it's rocky and small (not nice!!) The staff speaks badly english.

Small friendly hotel just off the main strip. Staff were excellent and even reopened the kitchen as we arrived late at night. Rooms were a really good size. We booked a triple and got 2 bedrooms. It is a 5-10 min walk down to the main strip, but we preferred this. Views from the room were great. Would definitely use this hotel again.

our family suite had A great layout so that 1 couple had there own bed, refrigerator, air conditioner and the other couple had their own. A bathroom to share in between and A great black sea panorama. we were in room 43 and it has A great location. could see from our patio over to old nessebar, sunny beach, and up the coast the other direction. everyone of the staff was very friendly and always answered our questions. breakfast included was also very good. great visit!!

could have provided A little bit more soap and shampoo in case you don'T bring enough.

All was perfect. The room was very cleaned and the reception speak a good english. The place is very silent and with car is 5 minutes to the center of sunny beach. The pool was very clean like other things. I advice Relax Complex at all the travellers for its quality/price!

We have had some problem for payment (block/unblock money) but the Relax understood that and helped us. All solved good!

Very clean and nice rooms. Kind stuff, great pool and restaurant with amazing sea view. Perfect for young couples and families.

Distance to the sea was like ~15 minutes by walk, but it was ok for a young couple. If you have a car then the hotel is perfect for you. Highly recommended. A+++

The hotel is located on a hill to about 700 meters from the sea. We really liked the room. I also liked the friendly and hard working personnel. The restaurant is good and the prices are not high at all. The pool it's clean and nice too.

- It's not in Sunny Beach or Nessebar. If you want to party and have fun its not your best choice because it's far from the area where most of the clubs / terraces/ restaurants are located. This hotel it’s a bit isolated. - The neighbourhood it’s still under construction - The sea it’s located at over 700 metters

It was the first hotel which justified all our expectations. The hotel stuff was completely attentive and gentle. The restaurant's meals were perfectly delicious and not so expensive. Very comfortable and cosy rooms. Extremely pleasant atmosphere and even smell in the hotel. Such a good music as Queen and Scorpions in restaurant was a pleasurable addition.

Only 4 types of breakfast and the same every day. You can't find the territory around the hotel on photos, because it is similar to the wild field :)

I with my girlfriend were staying here from 07/14 until 07/26/2012. This hotel was chosen by me due to the proximity to the mountains and the beautiful sea view. And we didn't mistake the place was marvelous indeed. To the sea 300m, to the bus stop 150m, to the sea we're walking through the pine forest - beautiful! One day even saw a rabbit and squirrel) to the city center - 3 stops, or approximately 800m on foot. Near is supermarket zora. The staff are super, thank you for your attention and endurance! All our troubles were solved immediately. With what we referred to reception: arrived at the hotel until 12.00 - they took our things for storage, said us schedule of regional transport, run out bulb - just changed, allowed to stay in the room after the checkout (14.00), because bus would go at 18.00. The hotel is new, clean, neat, has got beautiful swimming pool, great cuisine. I will recommend to all my friends and planning to visit again.

Hotel looks like brand new. Nicely decorated rooms including small sofa. My room had a sea view. Nice, friendly staff. No reservation to cleaning staff. Very nice pool. Easy access by car. Generally those who do not expect all inclusive and beach in direct proximity should be very happy staying here taking into account price paid.

Just minor comments. Location is convenient for travellers with a car. Breakfast features 4 sets to select from but it is ok for the price paid for the accommodation.

Very nice hotel,300 meters to beach. 15 minutes to cleaner beach with more atraction. Good location. Swimming pool has beautiful viev, clean room, great air condition,If you need something, you should go to recepcion and ask. Everything is possible. If you want to use internet you must take the kabel from reception. Hotel has nice restauration with tasty and good prices food.

The hotel is as clean as possible, the rooms, the pool – everything is brand new and quality made. I don’t know if ot has 3 or 4 stars, but the rooms are great compared to any other 4-star hotel. The pool is very nice and a great beach is right across the street – you either walk for 10 minutes or take the car right to the beach for 5lv. There is also a supermarket with atm nearby. Internet and parking are free of charge and the pool can be used till late, beyond its closing hour. The staff is very kind and they all speak english. Also, the view is very nice, depending on the room.

Breakfast is indeed a little poor... You have some options but don’t rely on it nor the hotel’s restaurant. You have to take the car or walk about 20 minutes to the centre of Sunny Beach (or take the rip-off taxis), but it’s perfectly normal for a place to relax… the central region is crowded and noisy all night long. They should have used a climatization system instead of individual ac units, because sleeping with them turned on is at your own risk :) Expect a 5 percent increase on the fee due to the exchange rates RON-EUR-BGN(buy), because you have to buy and pay with Bulgarian Leva. PS: Avoid the local taxis and be careful where you park your car - it's better to pay 10lv than to be towed away.

The hotel looks like new,rooms are very nice and large, personal is friendly and really trying to help you if you need it, the prices for food and drinks in the restaurant are fine and the meals also (the best price-quality we found in Nessebar and we tried a lot),you can change your money at the reception and get a better course than in a exchange office , and the best for us was the view and position cause you can choose between the main beach (we didnt, too many people ), and nice small beaches, both is near. If you choose this hotel I think you wont be disappointed.

The personal in the restaurant should learn a little more English , it wasnt a big problem to communicate with "hand and legs" but it should be standard. The road to the hotel from the main street about 150m was diplomatically said not good and the first moment was a little scary, I have seen cleaner beaches but it wasnt that tragic and that isnt a problem of the hotel .

Construction of a new hotel near Relax, but this is a temporary issue. Everything else was good.

Amazing hotel, best of range I have ever been. It is 3 stars but I had the feeling I an in a 5 star one. Nothing to complain about!
