The Price The Staff were a little abrupt. The restaurant was very basic. My non smoking room was previously used as a smoking room. |

Great location in the centre of Sofia. Friendly staff. Value for money. Breakfast time up to 9.30 so we did not have any. |

The hotel is located perfectly well right in the heart of Sofia, the personnel are friendly. It only needs better parking lot. |

Hotel staff were friendly Hotel review said there was a lobby bar, this did not exist, did not have any cots for infants so we had to share our bed with a 1 year old |

Too expensive for this standard (in my country such hotel would not get more than 2 stars), but I suppose that this is general problem for this city at the moment. |

Connessione HiFI con ottimo segnale, posizione dell'hotel vicino al centro, possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto davanti all'hotel senza costi. Camera silenziosissima Per i 3 giorni di soggiorno ad agosto ci sono ssempre stati problemi con l'acqua calda che era ho completamente mancante oppure aveva un gettito ridotto, tale da rendere impossibile fare una semplice doccia. Il personale ha dichiarato che il problema era dovuto alla costruzione di un palazzo nelle vicinanze. Presenza di zanzare se si spegne il cdz e si apre la finestra. Colazione scarsa |

El personal y el trato. La situación tan céntrica. Las sábanas de las camas era muy muy pequeñas, de manera que si te descuidabas dormías sobre el colchón, que además no tenía funda. La habitación era la mínima expresión en cuanto a tamaño. |
