いい場所にある。室内はきれいでたいへん静かで清潔である。 シャワーのお湯の温度が、何分待ってもたかだか３３Ｃ程度にしか熱くならない。３８Ｃ程度には熱くなってほ- しい。デスクに照明が無くて、書類を広げた仕事がほとんどできない。全体に室内が暗すぎる。受付の若い女性- の態度があまりに無愛想。朝食に暖かいスープがほしい。 |

It is beautiful boutique hotel very close to city center and with huge and very homey bedrooms. I stayed already twice in this hotel and I definitely will go there in the future. Very good breakfast, fantastic bathroom and the best stay I ever had in Bulgaria |

The hotel was ideally situated in a quiet area near a pleasant park and only a 15 minute walk to the centre. The room was delightful and the staff very helpful. The restaurant was very good - highly recommend the steak! |

The staff did everything they could to make our stay a pleasant one. The hotel itself was compact, clean, well located. Very nice restaurant, too No complaints at all. |

It was very convenient to the city center and it had character but the Bathroom was very nice the shower was great it was clean... The staff was very nice nothing was missing. |

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο, καθαρό, άνετο κι ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο, καλό πρωινό, πολύ καλή σχέση τιμής - παροχών Το να παρέχει στ' αλήθεια πρόσβαση στο internet κι όχι τύποις, όπως άλλωστε ισχυρίζονται. Τι να το κάνεις το δωρεάν ασύρματο παντού όταν καθ' όλο το 24ωρο το σήμα είναι τόσο ασθενές που είναι πρακτικά η σύνδεση είναι αδύνατη. |

Nous avions un petit appartement (salon, chambre et immense salle de bains) avec beaucoup de charme. Tout l'hotel a beaucoup de charme d'ailleurs et une excellente situation ( 10 min à pied de la cathédrale)Excellent restaurant |

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, Zimmer und Sauberkeit ok.Lage ist gut nur wenige Minuten ins Zentrum zu Fuß Frühstück war für diesen Preis etwas dürftig. |

Sehr großzügige Zimmer, großes und neues Badezimmer, ruhige Lage und nur ca. 20 Gehminuten zum Zentrum. Frühstück sehr minimalistisch, aber es waren auch nur 2 Gäste da. |

La tranquillité, l'efficacité, la classe discrète L'insonorisation: on entend les bruits de la rue. Le petit déjeuné est moyen mais le personnel est très gentil. Les oreillers et couettes sont en synthétique, mais dans tous les hôtels de notre monde moderne. Pourquoi ne pas avoir le choix entre le synthétique et la plume? |

Egyedül a szoba berendezése. - The room was nice furnished, nothing else. Az étteremben felszolgált ételek drágák és ehetetlenek. A reggelit a távozásunk napján nem kaptuk meg, mert nem volt kész 7 órára, fél órát kellett volna várni. Az árát viszont nem vonták le a szobaárból. A parkolás max. két autó számára lehetséges, és nem parkolóban, hanem csak a forgalmas utcán. - The dishes served in the restaurant are expensive and uneatable. We did not got the breakfast in .. |
