The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area is nice, very close to the botanical garden. The map on Booking.com doesn't show the hotel in the right place so we had some trouble finding it.

-Personal foarte amabil chiar daca nu cunostea limba Română -Free wifi internet -Bucatarie excelenta si la preturi foarte mici -Locatie excelenta in apropierea castelului(5 min de mers pe jos) si plaja la 5 min de mers cu masina -zona foarte linistita la marginea orasului -Parcare asigurata in fata hotelului -Cel mai bun raport calitate-pret(3nopti 4persoane in apartament de 2 camere cu pat dublu si canapea extensibila la 470 lei pe cand in România plateam de 3 ori mai mult) -Aer conditionat -in camere au doar minibar, fara frigider

Amplasarea intr/un loc retras, linistit, foarte aproape de castel si plaja, personalul foarte ospitalier. Raportul calitate/ pret ...super. M/as reintoarce cu placere la acelasi hotel.

Стаите са удобни, комфортни и разполагат с всичко необходимо за приятна и спокойна почивка. Хотелът е разположен в сравнителна близост до плажа и Двореца в Балчик. Персоналът е любезен и отзивчив. Имахме известно затруднение в намирането на хотела, което може лесно да се преодолее с посочване на по-точни данни за координати за GPS. Имахме "късмета" да попаднем на шумни и невъзпитани съседи по стая, което си е "късмет" в който и да е хотел.....

Camera a fost curata, patronul hotelului amabil . Mi-a placut privelistea vazuta din balcon : intr-o parte dealuri verzi si in cealalta parte marea.

Mi-a placut in primul rand curatenia camerelor, atitudinea extrem de amabila a personalului, linistea amplasarii si posibilitatea de a ajunge usor oriunde in Balchik. Nu pot spune ca pe perioada sejurului meu au existat elemente care sa imi displaca, raportat la pretul serviciilor si la necesitatile sederii mele acolo.

Amabilitatea personalului ... desi am ajuns la ora 22 nu a fost nici o problema (cu un telefon prealabil) Am fost multumiti pentru faptul ca ne-au acceptat cu catelul. Am avut loc de parcare si internet Tot ce a fost prezentat in informare a fost adevarat. Amplasarea la marginea orasului ... totusi drumul pana in centru e de 10 minute cu masina. Parcarea in plin soare.

Храната в ресторанта беше много вкусна и на много добри цени. Хотелчето се намираше на много тихо и спокойно място. Персонала беше много мил и усмихнат :) Благодарим ви за всичко !!!

Останахме очаровани от посрещането и настаняването в хотелчето. Всичко беше на ниво. Стаите са с климатици. Ресторантът е с ново обзавеждане - много уютно се чувстваш. Кухнята е невероятна - вкусни и апетитни ястия, поднесени от усмихнати хора! Благодарим за топлата и уютна атмосфера, мили домакини! Спечелихте ни и за следващи уикенди! Успех ви пожелаваме!

Der Service ließ zu wünschen übrig. Absprachen wurden nicht eingehalten und wir mussten daher ohne Frühstück abreisen um den nächsten Bus zu bekommen. Das Hotelpersonal dachte es würde ja auch noch später reichen und so standen wir eine Stunde vor verschlossener Tür in der Kälte und hofften, dass jemand kommt. Unter der Telefonnummer konnte man auch niemanden erreichen.

Este ok pentru o noapte...doua...sau pentru un buget mai redus. Baia nu a fost foarte curata. Dusul nu are cada. Insecte in baie. Pernele imposibil de folosit...foarte mari si tari.
