Very nice location, friendly staff, nice garden to dine or have a drink in, nice atmospheer.

The antique appointments throughout the property and the historical signifcance of the property are truly outstanding. The kitchen is superb! The staff were above and beyond in providing both excellent service and excellent information on points of interest. All in all a delightful experience!

Because of the nature of the neighborhood the property was difficult to find.

The hotel is nicely situated in the labyrinth of streets that is the Old town of Plovdiv. Beautiful, relaxing place which gives you the feeling of times long gone. Once you get to the old town, it's fairly easy to find the hotel by following the signs. Everything interesting in Plovdiv is within walking distance. The hotel restaurant is at the same level, if not better. Very good value for money and polite, even friendly staff (hard to find in Bulgaria).

Perfect style of the accommodation. Servis. Food & wine selection.

Location is perfect. Very heart of the Old Town - unesco protected area. Restaurant is fantastic and staff makes you feel home. Any alterations to dishes possible. Wine list is amongst biggest in town. Nice rooms with authentic Bulgarian touch.

It's a superb example of Bulgarian National Revival design, and the rooms are exquisite. So is the restaurant. The staff are friendly and helpful too. It's a fabulous place.

The location is unbeatable, right in the center of Plovdiv's old town. The hotel is in a 200-year-old house, and all the rooms have period furnishings, so you feel a bit like you are in one of Plovdiv's house museums. The breakfast is great, and the inner courtyard is an added bonus if the weather is warm enough to use it. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Only that the water in our room wasn't particularly hot except early in the morning and late in the evening.

I could not recommend this hotel/restaurant more - I was a single traveller and made extremely welcome. Nothing was too much bother for the staff. My room.and bathroom were spotless and the bed extremely comfortable. The hotel is near the centre of two but the enclosed garden makes you feel you are in the country - wonderful!

The hotel is more beautiful than its website conveys: stunning antique wood furniture and a pristine bathroom. The location is great; the food and wine in the restaurant wonderful.

Nothing...although we wished that there was different music playing in the restaurant. The instruments suggested that sometimes there are live musicians.

Very high dollar, hotel in heart of old town. Maybe a little overpriced for area. They upgraded us to a two bedroom suite, very nice. Food at breakfast was good, and dinner was also very good. Spoke good english.

Nu este hotel. Mai degraba pensiune agro turistica Nu 5 stele ci 5 margarete, si alea bulgaresti.

Прекрасное расположение: в сердце старого города, любезный персонал, феерическая кухня! Особенно улитки с диким рисом!!!! Антикварная мебель и все в едином стилевом решении!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich uns schaffte eine familiere Atmosphäre. Das Hotel liegt in der Altstadt, in wenigen Gehminuten ist man in Zentrum. Das Essen war unbeschreiblich lecker. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet und auch die Gesamtanlage ist sher angenehm.

Die Badewanne sollte andersrum stehen um Fernsehen gucken zu können. Bitte auch hinter den Schränken die Sauberkeit prüfen. Der Frühstück war gut, habe aber nach so einem luxuriosen Abendessen etwas mehr erwartet:-) Hier und da kleine Reparaturen an den Türen oder Möbel notwendig. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.
