the pictures on reservation page not real. they give as old furniture room with bath smel from bath. when we show on the reception pictures from Booking.com they sed as that tis is "renovated rooms" and if we need change rooms we must pay extra. |

No me confirmaron la reserva. Cuando llegué dijeron que no tenía reserva. Llamaron en mi nombre el día anterior desde un hotel de Sofía para confirmar la reserva. Cuando llegué no sabían nada de esta llamada realizada en su propio idioma. |
