Only few members of the staff speak English and it was difficult to understand each other. The restaurant was booked almost every night and we could not eat at the hotel and had to walk to other restaurants in the city. The maids only changed the towels and threw the garbage out, they did not make the beds or clean the room. |

personel jest bardzo miły, jedzenie w restauracji bez zarzutu, pokoje są czyste, klimatyzowane i bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Przez miasto prowadzą drogowskazy do hotelu. na budynku hotelu nie ma nazwy hotelu, restauracja jest mocno zużyta i kiepsko wyposażona |

Es ist ein älteres Hotel, genügt sicher nicht heutigen Ansprüchen.Aber es ist relativ sauber und für eine Nacht in Ordnung. Das Frühstück ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, auch für Bulgarienkenner. |
