Riviera Beach Hotel  

Location was best amoung other option in Golden Sands - excellent position (all rooms had direct sea view), extremely large and clean outdoos swimmimg pools (2 - one for kids and 1 for adults), pool side bar, fish restaurant by the sea, private beach at 50 m in front of hotel. In a word, a very good choice for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Bulgaria, away from all the noise and right in the middle of an oasis of real holiday! Not the least, hotel staff was extremely polite and helpful, more that I expected even from more developed tourist resorts - well done people!

Nothing really ... as in all Bulgarian resorts, for a 5-star rated hotel expect a full 4-star hotel, not necessarily in bad way. This hotel especially provided a good 4-star accomodation and excellent value for money. I would also not recommend all inclusive for people expecting gourmet food or lavishing free cocktails.

Riviera complex is a very quiet, clean and relaxing place, especially out of season, ideal for families with small kids. Good service, located in a nice environment with a good beach, comfy pools, spa centre, away from the busy centre of the gs, but a walkable distance to it, if required. Hotel food is good (b&b, hb , fb or All-iclusive options all available), good selection of restaurants as well. Very good overall impression and value for money, would come back again.

The gym equipment is worn out, limited in choice and should be replaced. Some of the staff at the lobby bar could probably do with some training in pouring the right measures of drinks as they can serve you a 25mil shot even though charging for a 50ml one, but we'd like to believe it was just an exception rather than a rule - check yourself....

Fantastic location, the hotel is hidden in a nice park far from the noice of Golden Sands, has it`s own beach with a very good fish restaurant.

Quality of the service, we came late at night and there was no extra bed in our room even though we booked one. Breakfast was very poor, not adequate to the quality of the 5 star hotel.

The hotel is located in a private complex which includes 5 hotels of different ratings, just South of Golden Sands resort. It is far away for the madding crowd of other tens of hotels and it's situated in a nice small forest with pines and secular other trees - nice fresh air! Food is diverse and clean. On a scale from 1-5, it would be 4. The hotel/room was very clean and cleaning services are perfectly functioning.

Chaise-longues on the beach were not available following the rule of first came-first served (as stated in the reception). People came very early in the morning, put their towels on, and then left for hours. So, one can have the surprise of not finding any free chaise-longue even at early hours. The hotel staff should do something about this. It's very annoying to see all the chaise-longues "occupied" only by towels.

The view from our room was stunning. Staff was pleasant.

not the best in golden sands! not for young people - too far from the centre

Great pools (3 of different depth shared with Riviera Beach 2). The hotel is right on the beach with great view. Especially liked that the campus is guarded and closed to non-guests.

Minor issues - a tablecloth was dirty in a corner at breakfast and there was a bit of mold on the bathroom ceiling.

All staff never smile, hospital car was every day over the hotel's entrance so I think there was a problem with some guests

расположение отеля отличное, до моря 1минуту идти, а по пути к морю пространство занимает открытый бассейн, так что вышел из отеля и сразу хочешь у бассейна отдыхай, а хочешь пройди его и сразу пляж и море! все номера с видом на море (кому то принципиально). персонал очень приветлив и услужлив. на этом в принципе все плюсы заканчивается...

это не 5* отель, это твёрдые 4*! выводы такие сделали на основе кухни (с голоду никто не помрёт, но вся кухня достаточно простовата), ассортимента баров (нет шампанского, а это же 5*, пиво прям скажем паршивенького качества - разведенное что ли), состояние (мебелировка) номеров (по мебели сразу можно сказать что это не 5*!), ванной комнаты (маленькая с многочисленными мелкими изъянами, то там что то отломано, то там трещина, то плитка поломана, её не поменяли, а попытались склеить, видно же сильно), вечерней детской анимации (непонятные мальчики в обычной одежде скачут по сцене как будто обкурились, может отель экономит на одежде для аниматоров, но ребята стараются)! зато цена самая дорогая на золотых песках... у открытого бассейна бар платный, для "все включено" прям скажем не удобно, т.к. ближайший бар в фойе отеля... приходится одеваться, чтобы сходить за пивом, как то гулять в плавках по отелю не прилично... но громадный плюс это расположение относительно моря...
