The swiming pool.

Staff was not friendly. When I asked the price for a taxi to the airport I was told 50 leva - at the tourist office I was told 15 leva. Cabled internet in the room did not work. Horrible beds, probably 30 years old Food at breakfast really not good.

Great pool, close to the sea, most of stuff is very nice.

They charged us on the credit card even though we asked not to. this thing ruined the great vacation we had. the access to the hotel is very bad! it took us 30 min to find it.

The hotel is located in a private complex which includes 5 hotels of different ratings, just South of Golden Sands resort. It is far away for the madding crowd of other tens of hotels and it's situated in a nice small forest with pines and secular other trees - nice fresh air! Food is diverse and clean. On a scale from 1-5, it would be 4. The hotel/room was very clean and cleaning services are perfectly functioning.

Chaise-longues on the beach were not available following the rule of first came-first served (as stated in the reception). People came very early in the morning, put their towels on, and then left for hours. So, one can have the surprise of not finding any free chaise-longue even at early hours. The hotel staff should do something about this. It's very annoying to see all the chaise-longues "occupied" only by towels.

Excellent position, on the beach. Very professional and friendly personnel, especially in the Reception. A place to come back.

Good service for housekeeping Hotel amenities – it should be good if you look at the space and landscape but the garden and its maintenance is very poor; Outdoor swimming pools- ok for dimension, cleanliness – this is the only good thing in this hotel; although, you should wake up very early in the morning in order to reserve a sunbed

Hotel rooms and amenities Rooms dimensions and appearance, bathroom – about 3 stars superior, with a price of 5 stars Hotel amenities – it should be good if you look at the space and landscape but the garden and its maintenance is very poor; small fitness room with just a few equipment; small indoor swimming pool; wired internet in the rooms but slow and with many interruptions. Reception and hotel appearance– 3 stars with prices of 5 stars food and beverages at the bars and restaurants Very expensive and with no taste. Breakfast was awful (3 stars…), no variety, nor quality. Thanks to the other pertinent reviews for not taking all inclusive, which it could be another very uncomfortable thing in this hotel. Spa and treatment facilities This was the first motif we choose this hotel, the spa procedures and the treatment (mud) were very expensive (compared with Albena and Grand Hotel Pomorie – an excellent five star hotel in Pomorie) but good. Animation This is a disastrous chapter, the animation was as inexistent , in spite of the fact that they were about 12 young animators…in the evening it was very sad…and also during the day…It seems that their only concern was the children animation… There was a guy who tried to teach latino dance at the pool in the afternoon, but every day he played the same 10 songs and the same three combinations of steps, and, after only two days it became very boring… golden sands a very noisy, bad quality and expensive resort in which I wouldn’t like to come again in the next future. Conclusion a very bad price quality report - you will spend a lot of money – 3000- 4000 euros in 10 days for nothing good, in other places with this money you will feel perfect .

All staff never smile, hospital car was every day over the hotel's entrance so I think there was a problem with some guests

одно из величайших преимуществ отеля перед другими отелями золотых песков - наличие своего пляжа. очень хорошее питание, большой ассортимент блюд даже для ребёнка 6 лет.

газоны. по сравнению с турецким отелем 5*, газоны и благоустройство территории немного уступает. игровая площадка для детей маленькая и необустроенная.

Отлично местоположение.Всички стаи са с гледка към морето.

Хотела е доста захабен.Отвратителни плодове и кафе на закуска-недопустимо е в хотел с претенции да се използват ефтини материали/кафе,сметана,зехтин,кафе и т.н./

Schöne Lage direkt am eigenen Strand - im Zimmer hört man das Meeresrauschen; Zimmer klassisch eingerichtet & in gutem Zustand - alles funktionierte einwandfrei, direkter Meerblick sogar aus dem Bett, ruhige Bucht am Anfang von Goldstrand - abseits des Ballermann-Trubels, keine laute Musikbeschallung oder Animation am Pool & Strand (in anderen bulgarischen Urlaubshotels leider oft der Fall), sehr großzügiger Außenpool, auch Innenpool für schlechtes Wetter bzw. Nebensaison, schöne Frühstücksterrasse, längere Strandspaziergänge ab Hotel möglich, Gratisparkplätze direkt am Hotel

In der Nachsaison konnten wir als Nachteil nur das etwas mäßig bestückte Frühstücksbüffet identifizieren - v.a. billiger Saftersatz sowie billige Wurst- und Käsesorten...dies wäre leicht zu verbessern bei geringfügigen Preiserhöhungen. In der Hauptsaison ist die viel zu geringe Anzahl von Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen der Hauptnachteil des Hotels: Dann werden die Plätze bereits nachts oder um 6h morgens reserviert und wer zu spät kommt, muss an einen der kostenpflichtigen Strände im Ort ausweichen

Pozitia linistita la marginea padurii si pe malul marii, izolarea fata de zgomotul uzual al statiunii, discretia personalului, siguranta masinii, plaja cu nisip fin, piscinele, vederea minunata spre mare din camere, hotelul bine intretinut, micul dejun bogat si variat.

apa de la dusurile de pe plaja avea un miros neplacut, hotel frecventat mai mult de cetateni nemti pensionari

Mi-a plăcut foarte mult plaja, nisipul extrem de fin, view-ul din cameră, împrejurimile hotelului frumos amenajate și nu în ultimul rând, senzația că mașina era în siguranță în parcare.

Hotelul este pe genul de 5 stele comunist, cu miros de igrasie pe holuri, micul de jun de proastă calitate, cam la nivel de 3 stele.
