Ich habe meinen Ehering im Zimmer vergessen. Nach einem Anruf wurde das Zimmer noch einmak gecheckt und der Ring sichergestellt. Auf der Homepage wird ein Foto mit einem Fruehstuecksbuffe gezeigt, was es in tatsaechlich aber nicht gibt. das Fruestueck ist zwar reichlich aber nicht abwechselreich. |

Nur Rezeptionistinnen waren einigermassen freundlich, WLAN Fruehstueck war nicht frisch und nicht viel Auswahl! Stark verraucht, keine Nichtraucherbereiche im Restaurant! Restaurantpersonal sehr unfreundlich und konnten kein Englisch! Keine Duschkabine, nur ein Abflussloch mitten im Bad! Es hat nicht den Komfort eines 3 Sterne Hotels!Air Conditioner funktionierte nicht! |

Ruhiges Hotel, freundlicher Service Etwas zu weit vom Zentrum enfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bar und Restaurants. Keine deutschsprachigen Sender im TV, ist sonst in Bulgarien Standart. |
