The pool was fantastic, very nice studio, more than I expect perfect for family with kids

We have some water problems: the water stops when we were in the shower, more than once the cleaning was very poor the beach was very little and to wild the other beach had "Blue Flag" but it was very crowded and bad organised very noisy because of the Discos from Sunny Beach

very hard to find the hotel - not on map, not streets in GPS, not name of hotel on the hotel...

Тихая, уютная обстановка, красивая ухоженная территория, бассейн, архитектура и стиль самого отеля, близкая расположенность к морю.

С одной стороны отеля - необжитая территория, уборка по запросу.

Alles hat mir sehr gud gefallen.

Замечательный отель с небольшими уютными апартаментами, отличным бассейном с гидромассажем и отзывчивым душевным персоналом. Все наши небольшие бытовые проблемы, с которыми обычно сталкиваются туристы, помогли решить. Везде очень чисто. Особо отмечу ресторан - при невысоких ценах, пожалуй, лучшая кухня в Святом Власе. Повар великолепный. До пляжа нужно было пройти примерно 100 метров по живописной тропинке, что нас совершенно не напрягало.

Не понравилось только одно: когда проводят профилактические работы с бассейном, без предупреждения где-то на полчаса отключают холодную и горячую воду во всем отеле. Пару раз посидели без воды.

не настроить горячую воду в душе. Отсутствие микроволновки в апартаментах. не совсем удобная дорога к пляжу

The only goot thing in the hotel is some of the staff like the bar/restaurant staff they are really kind and nice. The Hotel is not 5* at all i have no idea how they got those stars, the service is very very poor.

Some of the reception staff have no idea where they work, you ask them for information they dont know anything. The Restaurant is a joke for such a "5* hotel" shame such a nice people work there! Just want to say that from the first day we came till the last day they gave us like 1 tiny soap to use for 2 people, the cleaning was just like in a motel 2* Missing items in the room. With few words it is not a 5* hotel and if u expect that dont aim high, the money u pay for that not worth it at all.

Cheap. They wash the dishes when they clean the room. Quite.

Staff are amateurs. Feels like none of them have ever worked on a hotel before. Unsure about anything you ask for. Slow internet. The room is only cleaned every third day, not everyday as you would expect form a "4"-star hotel. No room service. Things in the bathroom as towel hooks and toilet paper holders were falling apart. When you book this hotel do not expect anything special. Expect that you are booking an apartment and not a hotel room. It generally feels like an apartment complex.

the hotel is new and confortable, it has a great seaview. The personnel is very friendly and willing to help but they don't speak english. If you talk to the manager he transmits your requests. The pool is very nice and clean. you also have a small playing place for the kids.

the restaurant can be improved. is not very close to the beach but if you take the car you can find very nice beaches (for example "La playa" in the port).
