The bed Is not in the Golden Sands, that is a lye. In 8 days they never change our beds, is 2 km far from a normal beach. They clean the rooms in the afternoon( 14.00-16.00). |

Very nice restaurant , seaside view Some room has very old and dirty carpet and is fair to put on website also this kind of picture.Because when you made a choise to know all about can hotel offer.Almost every day was problem with water or electricity. WI FI is not accesible at superior flors |

Silence, landscape, pool. Some part of the hotel was in construction and sometimes was not so quiet. The hotel is too far from the Golden Sands, aprox 4 km and we have to use the car. |

The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and a sense of intimacy. It is a smaller hotel, and small Bulgarian hotels usually are pretty good. 1) Name overlap. There are two Royal hotels in the same resort; 2) Map location -- they registered the wrong map location (not address) on the booking.com hotel, which made our life impossible when trying to find the hotel (especially combined with pt 1); 3) They claim to be less than 1km outside Golden Sands; by car they're not; 4) not changing towels daily is not acceptable, even for a 3* |

The pool and the restaurant are great. Also the peacefull environment is great for relaxing. I also enjoyed the fact that they had wireless internet (but at higher floors it cannot be reached) At the moment the hotel is not 100% finished and during the day there is noise. Also the beach is not 200m from the hotel, is aprx 2 km from the hotel (it takes 40 min walk). The hotel is 200 m from the sea but there is no direct access. |

The view, fairly the restaurant. The shower was broken, the toilet seat was broken, the sewery of the toilet was leaking - so you can imagine what a pleasant view to have when going to rtoilet, the temperature of the water was changing from hot very cold, the air conditioning unit was making a lot of noise so it was unusable at night, the bad sheets were not changed not even once in the 8 days of my stay. |

It is a newly built hotel with a nice pool, quite good breakfast, the restaurant looks good. a lot of signs on the road showing the way to the hotel (I saw them the next days, because it was night already when I arrived :)) We stayed in an appartment with a nice seaview, balcony and everything needed: Tv, A/C First of all, the location of the hotel is not really in the main Golden Sands resort. We had to drive a few kilometers to reach Golden Sands. It's an area with hotels, pensions... etc which is not bad, but it's not a walking distance to the resort. Other issue is that sometimes water barely reached the top floor in the most busy hours... flow was underdimensioned |
