St. Ivan Rilski Hotel - Spa & Apartments is situated on a 13,000 m² property, containing a 4-star hotel, a spa centre and 4 buildings with apartments for sale. The area offers panoramic views of all 3 surrounding mountains – Pirin, Rila and Rodopite, as well as of the impressive Old Town of Bansko. Warm and comfortable during summer with facilities for all kinds of sports, and a winter season lasting up to 160 days, Bansko is a perfect all-year resort.
In winter a modern cabin car brings skiers from the town to 'Bunderishka polyana' with one interstation at 'Chalin valog'. The capacity of the lift facilities is 2400 people per hour.
The highest point of the ski centre is at 2560 metres and the lowest one is at 1000 metres above sea level. The total length of the ski runs comes to 65 km. The excellent quality of the ski runs is maintained by 12 snow groomers.
There is a Doppelmayer cable car, 5 up-to date 4-seat lifts, one 3-seat lift, all perfectly serviced, 6 ski runs and 10 children ski runs. There is also a children's train and a ski kindergarten offering lots of entertainment.

-the fact that the spa centre (swimming pool) has been closed before closing hours - 20 minutes before / same was happening with the openining hours (the swimming pool was covered after one hour from opening)/ the fact that I have been asked at the reception,at the end of my stay, to pay a beer from mini bar even if we do not drink alcohol (at the end they were convinced) |

The rooms were spacious and nice and also the hotel was looking good. The spa area was also very nice. The breakfast was very bad, the coffee they served in the morning had no taste of coffee. Also, people that had half board were complaining about the dinner. It was interesting that only the food that was paid in advance was bad; if you go to the hotel restaurant underground and paid for food, it was quite good. Also the coffee they have served in the bar had nothing to do with the coffee they served at breakfast. |

The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was very good. The bus from the hotel to the lifts was very convenient and frequent. The spa facilities also added an extra point. The temperature in the hotel was very high. When the hotel is crowded two breakfast buffets would be more helpful for the guests. There was a lot of smoke in the cafe of the first floor. Also, there was no jacuzzi. |

everything was perfect.the room,the service,the spa.the hotel was very clean at all areas.for the things that they offer relative with the price its worth every cent. I believe that the room could be more warmer than it was.we staid outside the main building at the apartments.also the prices at the bar was a little bit higher than we expected to be.the breakfast and the buffet was average. |

Οι χώροι είναι ζεστοί και ευχάριστοι το διαμερισμά μας ήταν ιδιαίτερα άνετο και λειτουργικό με αρκετούς αποθηκεθτικούς χώρους και πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο.Η πισίνα καθαρή και σε καλή θερμοκρασία και η εξυπηρέτηση στα spa πολύ καλή ,το προσωπικό ιδιαίτερα ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Στη ρεσεψιον τις ώρες αναχώρησης πιο γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση. |

Τα δωμάτια άνετα, ζεστά και πολύ καθαρά. Οι υπηρεσίες του κέντρου ευεξίας τέλειες. Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου πολύ καλή. Η παραδοσιακή ταβέρνα και το φαγητό της πολύ καλό. Το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό. Το πρωινό αρκετά καλό. Όταν υπάρχει αυξημένη πληρότητα του ξενοδοχείου θα πρέπει να προστίθενται χώροι για να μην υπάρχουν ουρές για να σερβιριστείς. |

το δωματιο ηταν πολυ καλο!και για την τιμη του!η θεα εξισου υπεροχη και το προσωπικο μασ εξυπηρετησε πολυ! οι χωροι του μασ αφησαν αρκετα ικανοποιημενουσ και το σπα/μασαζ! κινουμασταν εξ ολοκληρου με τα ποδια απο και προσ το ξενοδοχειο αλλα και η διαδρομη μεσα στο χιονι ηταν πολυ οομρφη!δεν ξερω αν υπηρχε η δυνατοτητα να μασ μεταφερουν στο κεντρο..ειναι κανενα 10-15λεπτο με τα ποδια απο τη γονδολα. ισωσ λιγο πιο πλουσιο πρωινο. |

Το δωμάτιο ήταν μεγάλο και άνετο . Η καθαριότητα σε καλό επίπεδο. Το πρωινό είχε τελειώσει την πρώτη μέρα πριν την καθορισμένη ώρα λήξης. Την επόμενη ερωτήθηκα τρεις φορές σε ποιό δωμάτιο μένω κατά την διάρκεια του πρωινού. Το πάρκινγκ ήταν βρώμικο, και χωρίς καλό εξαερισμό. Το προσωπικό δεν γνωρίζει καλά αγγλικά , το εστιατόριο είναι πολύ κακό και καθόλου καθαρό. |

μου άρεσε η χαλάρωση στο bar του ξενοδοχείου και ο χώρος του spa και της πισίνας κα ιτο ότι είχε κλειστό γκαράζ για το αυτοκίνητο το θέμα καθαριότητας και την συμπεριφορά προσωπικού να μεγαλώσει το χώρο των spa ώστε να υπάρχουν πιο πολλές επιλογές για ζευγάρια που θέλουν να κάνουν μαζί χαμάμ και να γίνουν πιο πολλές οι ώρες λειτουργίας |
