Santa Marina Holiday Village is a property development project by one of Bulgaria’s most respected investment companies – FairPlay International (FPI) – and was awarded the “Holiday Village of the Year” award in 2006 at the National Building of the Year Contest.
Apollonia is the resort’s main à-la-carte restaurant offering a wide range of savoury dishes, including seafood.
The Galeria restaurant is the resort’s buffet restaurant with show cooking and all-you-can-eat program during lunch time. Choose from daily varying meals including Bulgarian dishes and barbecue.
At the Pizza Bar you can enjoy crispy pizzas, delicious fresh salads, tasty barbecue and smooth ice cream all day long.
Don't miss the Breeze pool bar, the Sky pool bar and the Joy piano bar.
There are different accommodation types : studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments. All have nice terraces, most of which offer unforgettable sea views.
Studios are 44 – 56 sq. m. big. Their space is separated into a living and a sleeping “corner”. The kitchenette is located close to the bathroom.
One-bedroom apartments vary between 56 – 89 sq. m.
Two bed-room apartments are 82 – 165 sq. m. large. Apart from larger living and dining rooms, these apartments also enjoy larger terraces and fascinating sea views.
Via the Chreno More highway, the closest airport in the city of Bourgas is only a 40-minute drive away. Bourgas’ airport is the second biggest airport in Bulgaria, offering scheduled flights from most European capitals and many charter flights during the summer season.
The small fishing town of Sozopol, which is flanked by two lovely beaches, has attracted the Bulgarian arty crowd for many years, who mingle with the tourists and local people in the old and new towns. Sozopol has many places of interest, varying from archaeological and architectural monuments, arts and shows, restaurants and places for entertainment to port services and yacht clubs, ecological and sub aquatic sights, all of them forming the perfect holiday destination.
Climate:
Marked by four distinct seasons and influenced by the sea, south-east Bulgaria, where the Bourgas Bay and Sozopol are located, enjoys a very favourable climate. Summers are typically hot and dry, but rarely oppressive. Winters are cold but not bitterly. The average temperature in January is 6° С, and in July 27° С.

Kind of Village of small buildings of max 3 floors. The studio was of a good size with a well fournished kitchinette. We had a wonderfull seaview (to ask when booking). 3 swimmingpools ok. Quiet place, nothing to do with the noisy Golden or Sunny Beach big Hotels. I would say it is one of the best hotel on the Black Sea coast for a family. Please note there are lots of stairs. The hotel beach is really small. Sunshade and sunbeds not included in the fees. You need to walk 15 minutes to access another bigger beach. |

We liked everything.The studio is quite big and more than enough for 2 persons. The pool is excellent, the food is great, the services are also for a five stars hotel. The entire place looks perfect with lots of trees with great architecture everything is in the right place.The parking is safe. We will travel to Santa Marina and we'll tell everybody to do it. You won't be sorry! |

Wenn man das Glück hat und ein Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer bekommt, ist die aussicht sehr schön. Zum Strand kommt man bequem über eine Fußgängerbrücke und Aufzug. Die Pools sind schön und es sind auch welche da, die für kleine Kinder geeignet sind. Das Frühstück war nicht sehr abwechslungsreich (jeden Tag das Gleiche), aber es war ausreichend, wenn man keine große Ansprüche hat. Es wurde immer frisches Obst und Gemüse angeboten. Die Zimmer wurden immer gut gereinigt. Wir haben innerhalb von 4 Tagen 3 Wohnungen gewechselt. Die ersten zwei haben überhaupt nicht einem 4* Hotel entsprochen - sehr klein und dunkel mit teilweise Möbel, die 20 Jahre alt sind. Die Unterschiede kommen daher, dass viele der Wohnungen privat sind und die Einrichtung dementsprechend unterschiedlich ist. Erst die dritte Wohnung war größer und da war gar kein Vergleich zu den ersten zwei. Die Umzüge waren aber kein Problem, das Personal an der Rezeption war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im Restaurant gab es zwei Kinderhochstühle, die so schmitzig waren, dass ich meine Tochter nicht hineinsetzen wollte. Bei den Bezügen konnte man die Farbe nicht mehr erkennen und die Plastiktische wurden nie abgewischt. |

Ik ben er met mijn broertje vier nachten geweest. Wat een super accomodatie zeg. Prachtige studio hadden wij tot onze beschikking, van alle gemakken voorzien. Uitzicht over de bergen en de baai, overigens hebben alle apartementen en studio's dat, daar het complex gebouwd is als een amphi theater. Alles wordt perfect onderhouden, de tuinen, prullenbakken buiten, de zwembaden etc etc. Alles is ook aanwezig goeie restaurants, supermarkt (zeer compleet), spa en zelfs een geldautomaat. Het coemplex zit boven het strand en je kan via de loopbrug en dan met de lift naar het strand (kan het nog luxer?) Kortom wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad daar. Nomaal ben ik niet zo van de beoordelingen maar voor dit resort maak ik een uitzondering!!! |

Camerele sunt foarte mari, spatioase, ideale pentru un concediu in familie cu copiii.Atmosfera relaxanta, linistitoare , cateodata poate prea linistita pentru tineri pana in 30 ani. Largirea variantelor din meniu pe care le poti alege, sau ideal ar fi varianta de all inclusive sa existe pentru acest hotel. Preturile la mancare la cele doua restaurante sunt foarte mari iar portiile nu sunt cine stie ce ca marime. |

Magnifique cage dorée, fleurie et arborée, très belle vue sur la baie, 3 belles piscines, une plage privée ... Pour sortir de la cage, Sozopol est a 5 mn en petit train ou en Taxi. |

Das Hotelpersonal und der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Bewachter Parkplatz und Security in der Hotelanlage waren sehr gut und nicht auffallend bzw. unangenehm präsent.Sehr schöne gepflegte Zimmer, super grosse Pool-Landschaft!Privater Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe über eine eigene Brücke und Lift erreichbar (5 Minuten) Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis im Hotel Restaurant war eher schwach (zu teuer). Andererseits gab es ein zweites Hotel Restaurant (Casa Mia) was wesentlich besser war. |
