I liked the location very much and the cleanliness of the room was excellent. The staff were as helpful as they could be given the limited facilities. Room was very, very basic & the TV remote did not work. The description of 'Boutique Hotel' is a gross misnomer, it leads one to expect real hotel facilities and therefore when you walk in and realise it is just a small collection of (very clean but basic) bedrooms with no dining room or other facilities, then you are bound to feel a sense of being cheated. If I had booked just a hostel then I would have been very pleased with it - but as a bone-fide Boutique Hotel - never! |

Right in the center of town with everything to see or do just a short walk from the hotel, and all the best restaurants just around the corner. Location location location! The bathroom had a shower curtain (perhaps after reading negatives on this point the direction changed its policy). You could hear people going up and down stairs, but the direction obviously has tried to lessen the noise impact with the cork on the inside of the bedroom door. Berlin room has a great little balcony. If you're traveling alone, ask for this room. Free internet access, and rather friendly and helpful staff. |

Room clean, modern, airy, and quiet. Good central location. Bathroom floor was slippery. Reception staff laid back and indifferent at times. |

Room was spotless, decorated very nicely, service was good, especially from the friendlly maid and the overnight desk gentleman. Good location, particularly since it was a short walk (for the Mrs.) to a street market for clothes shopping. |

I was on working stay at Sofia and it was not table place in room HAVANA to make some work. The bed is to large for single room, probably it could be enough place for small kip-table. Havana room is directly by stairs and in night time noice from other visitors were uncorrect. Probably Reception could give advice to these noisly visitors. |

The location is excellent, just near the Synagogue, the Mosque and Sveta Nedelya Church. The staff was very helpful although their english is poor. Rooms were clean and quite big. Bathrooms are small, in some of them a shower cabin does not exist and the showers were not actually working. |

The location was central and convenient to most places we wanted to visit. Unlike many hotels in Sofia, the double room had one big bed, which was what we requested. The room was quite used, i.e. the furnishings and carpet were rather stained and dingy. The bathroom had very dim light. There was no elevator so we had to carry our bags up three flights of stairs. |

Central location, big comfortable room. The room we were offered in the beginning was extremely tiny; we had to argue with the receptionist in order to get a comfortable one. |

The hotel is centrally located for sightseeing in Sofia. The hotel is clean, simply furnished (Ikea Style). When we called from the train station to get directions to the hotel, the reception was less than helpful in furnishing such help (actually hung up on us). The hotel has 4 floors and no elevator. |

Ok, but nothing special. Kinda close to city center. The room was very small. No elevator can be a problem for someone. 5% extra charge for credit card payments is a rip off! |

The location is very good. The staff was helpful. There is no elevator. The wooden floors need to be replaced. The room was very small and the bed was almost to the floor and lumpy. The room was basically a 1.5 star at the best. They do charge extra 5% for credit card and breakfast. Compute that into comparing other hotels |
